It's not a mini trial, the defendants application to stay the case can absolutely be contested from the plaintiff by providing evidence the case shouldn't be stayed by providing evidence proving there are elements outside of the Narrow SPA which is why I lean on partial stay outcome.

Enki, the defendants are relying on preserving their rights under the spa agreement. However the case has been broadened outside of the narrow spa which is what the judge has to determine if it's stayed back to arbitration under the spa agreement or if there are indeed broader elements that are outside of the spa agreement. This is why the evidence they present is important. My guess is there's a partial stay. Let's see.

I would've thought that someone with such a "high IQ" wouldn't be so convinced without knowing the answer to my question.
