Holding my core for the ride up as usual and trading to improve averages as I do so I get a sniff at the upside.
Will reduce over £7 or any 10%+ move (I can feel one coming)

I have some large positions now in around other stocks as well which are, like SAGE, heading upwards I trust.

My IAG holding average 19.84p.

It works until is doesn't, but starting after a sell off eg SAGE FSJ RNK CPG IAG EZJ TUI FRES GSK EXPN SSPG DVO BVC among many others worked like a dream. The March lows and the delay of the recovery have been smashing for me, finished the year with more trading profit than the PM's salary plus a bit.

Largely tax free.

I do not expect the new tax year to be as easy but I have different strategies that should work in most scenarios, even going in at higher levels.

SSPG is thundering along and the 184 rights will actually increase my average price (by 27%). Around 125p in all. I cannot wait for the dividend and special dividends to return in a few years time.

This is a win for oil companies and supportive of the oil price. The markets will realise it soon.

It will be controlled, not a floodgate. A few $ price weakening screws over shale again as there is not enough in it for the shale companies.

Increasing demand as recovery takes hold. Enough just to keep prices right.

I have started racking a 2nd tranche to add to my core and picked up some of my 306+ sale at below 291p. Will add at 281 261 and 253 but doubt it will get there.

Expecting a blowout quarter on 27th April.

This got legs when the rise in unemployment hit. tempered bonds, tempered inflation (at least for an hour or so :), allowed gold and FRES to rise.

This could go up 60p today by the close. Let's see at least a 900p + close today.

When I get a rise of a trade I trim as this garners some protection. We could see £7k or £10k, I play for both.

when the UK markets are closed over Easter.

US ans gold + silver could rally into the close and on Easter Monday when UK is on holiday.

This could leave a massive gap up on Tuesday.

Who knows?

Was oversold and now reversing and building again - going over £9 today and do not forget the dividend in a fewweeks time.

When silver and gold rally, FRES falls too :)

The daily fluctation in gold and silver does not always impact revenues unless sustained.

Gold and silver seem to have bottomed and I expect this to close above 900 today, possibly 910 + if gold & silver stays at these levels.

My buy yesterday, below 860, is looking healthy at the moment, long may it last. I have set 930 to sell 50% to bring the balance bought yesterday sub £8.

Here is a suggestion but not advice.

An option to secure the rights (by clos doday if that is correct - recheck it) , subject to funds, would be to open a broker account elsewhere, as in immediately and sell the remainng shares with freetrade and have 2 windows open to buy at the same time so you are only out by the spread and stamp.

The freetrade proceeds would be cleared to fund the rights and if you can do this in an ISA then even better.

HL is done in 5 minutes if you havre cleared funds.

I find it hard to accept that Freetrade will not honour the rights. Are they pocketing them as as someone will get the entitlement.

If you lose the rights then, not advice, it seems you will be caught if you do not sell the shares pre ex-rights date.

FWIW i expect this to go significantly higher and while keeping a low average I am happy to add on any pullbacks.
My method will keep working for me until it doesn't and then I will switch to a different strategy that works on other my other holdings.

I understand where you are coming from, but I work on averages or my trades in the tax year and this stock, for me, is now averaging sub £4.50. (excluding the dividends picked up). I have had between 3k core to up a further 8k shares to rack up to.
Looking back my first tranche in my current racking was at 610.751 in Nov. My lowest purchase was 557.69 in Feb.

I do not sit looking at the stocks all day long, but rely on alerts set and within 30 seconds of so I can add or sell.

Works for me. certainly now work falling out over.

While this trades about these levels my aim is continue what I am doing and build about 8k shares with an average of sub £4 and work it down further towards £0 and beyond hopefully.

My only cost will be blood sweat and tears :).

I expect a commodity rally like no other for tomorrow when Saudi holds holds production. and sentiment holds.

I would rather hold and add CEY rather than ROO !

Have been hovering on the buy most of the day to rebuy recent sales, think I will buy on another dip instead should it come.
