What's mindboggling is peoples very short term outlook and memory.

I forget ( pun intended ) , who sold their holding to RAB, shares were trading at around 5p-6p range, but because they wanted a significant discount to purchase, RAB got them for around 4p from memory, so I piled in without knowing this though, it went as low as 3.4p. This happens with II to II transactions all the time. Got lucky, but it will pay off.

When II's take a holding from another II, the discount is a way of allowing the II that is buying some safeguard against sp dropping below purchase price.

Wont surprise me if RAB themselves bought the lot, crafty buggers they are.

Watch the rest of this week, most likely end up where we started yesterday, they will hoover up the weak hands .

IMO, He has most likely de risked by selling his warrants from 9p purchase. RAB have been in since 4p , so a huge profit for this holder, it has been taken and it's understandable AND had to sell at a discount to entice the buyer.

I would doubt that anyone would not carry out DD on any project . What would not surprise me is that select companies interested are not already doing DD if they were seriously regarded by Navitas. I suspect Navitas would likely repeat the farm in process with just as little fuss.

Comparing FID with Providence, UK oil and gas !!!. Not even bothering with the other ones .

RKH compared to them is completely debt free, may stay debt free till 1st oil depending on OM, has resources that are incomparable to these examples and tax regimes are chalk and cheese.

Remember RKH reached 20p on OM award news !!!

The clowns will tell you all sorts of plucked out figures for the sp , there will be positive pressure on the sp , private investors and boutique style funds will enter , then the medium size boys will take a position etc.

Waiting on news now and the time is running out for 15p level sans bad news.

PS : For those who don't know : Learn some TA ( Technical Analysis ) if you don't know how to read a chart, there will hopefully come a time in the next 6-9 months when volume is regularly high and swings come into play , you will be glad you did. That way the "noise" on chat boards becomes irrelevant .

I understand the frustration, but how is it FIG's fault that after probably a long period of negotiations the firm contracted to do the work is nearing bankruptcy ?

What does it matter currently when the divi's come if you are young enough to stay the distance. ?

AIM you have already extended from 4 to 5 years within 2 posts.

Lets have them get fid announced and OM money in first, the rest is irrelevant for me till 1st oil for any long term investor.

I personally won't be waiting x years for divi's, I'll be taking 80% of profit on a multiple of the current sp.

The goal of this investment has never been closer, going to get welcome volatility and interest as we enter Q4.

The longer we grind here at 15p region , the bigger the breakout its going to be when any news drops. especially Sealion related.

As to Mogger's input , it's been invaluable to me , he/ she posts the best factual info and I'm grateful as I don't have to troll through the internet or the FIG exco' reports.

RE dual listing - Literally no point in listing till FID and funding are fully sorted, the listing impact would be much greater after that. Marketing RKH in the USA would be more impactful with a committed and funded project with little to no dilution . There are very few minnows that are debt free to the extent RKH is .

The kind of problem nobody would mind having to solve on here , hence the investment . Personally I hope it will help towards partial / full retirement for the wife and myself.

Also I suppose much depends on your age and circumstances. Some have been on this ride since pre drill of 1st Sealion well , some like me have re entered recently (3-4 years) and some are newcomers , but most all have shown or been forced to show patience and tbh a lot of belief , because nothing before has ever led to where we are now re development of Sealion.

The share has a significant retail ownership , so WE are more flexible then Institutional holders, equally retail holders as outlined above have different goals and some will sell their share before 1st oil and some will not sell till dividends are paid , but ALL of us want the development to realise gains or even breakeven in some cases.

So how to "spend it" is the boat all of us want to be in .

MD: Bor rising higher then RKH would be an exit pump at best.

OM : The SP retreated on the OM award because the annulment of the award was possible, which I myself had not been aware or prepared for, a costly lost chance to lock in profits at 15p-20p range.

From the fund raise and warrants, we have pushed up to 15p. > 60% plus on warrants alone.

15p is a resistance level, as MuchAM said, it's a grind here to break that level sans news. Once broken can see 17p-18 level as next leg up.

It is in Navitas and RKH interest to keep the SP/MCAP as high as possible, helps with the funding rates and markets they can enter on the back of Mcap.

I expect a drip ,drip of news from now till end of the year.

With EIS consult and FDP with FIG, we can expect that to be expedited on an urgent basis, hence Navitas and FIG teams working together as one to iron out any concerns that arise, swiftly and with full agreement of the regulatory bodies FIG has working in GB for them on the EIS and FDP approval. Also, the EXCO would be looking at the FDP now with these bodies for approval by Q4.

Navitas mcap will likely allow them to list in the equivalent of the S&P 500 in Israel , so they will release news on a timely basis, they are incredibly ambitious and a shame for us we cant invest in them.

ICSID and it's panels : the mind boggles at how shameful this grifting body is, a very limited recourse for Annulment has taken well over a year to come to hearing and a god knows further ....... months after that to come to a decision, truly pathetic, no faith in them at all.

A terrific deal by Sam and team to secure RKH's future with the selling of the award. Who knows what would have happened if they had not won the case and done this deal to wipe out any debts to the original funder. A fire sale of the award ?

I can see 45-75p. OM, FID/ Funding , Partner, Funding RKH cost share for Sealion Phase 1 would be very significant for the sp , no dilution would be required, hence why OM positive award is very significant for holders.

Some very informative chat from Tadmor on how they raised finance for Shenandoah during difficult market conditions. Also, how a lot of lenders stopped lending because of "ESG" concerns and how that had already reversed on this at the time of the video.

His track record is why finance will not be a problem, he has delivered Tamar, Leviathan, Shanendoah etc...

They have not defaulted on any instrument used for raising funds for projects , so a proven track record in delivering.

This would open up much larger markets to raise funds .

Review date for index Ranking is biannual , May and November, so November could see them enter the index.

Some news on Sealion FDP, EIS and FPSO with other news , earnings this H1 could get them there by September -October.

Listening to the presentation regarding OM, I am really grateful to Sam and the board for getting such a great deal from the new funder. Initially I was disappointed that a significant % of the award was "given" up, but it is now very obvious that the deal has saved the company from pursuing Italy through the courts taking up time and most importantly money out of RKH. Italy's aim would have been exactly that, drag it out it out for as long as possible.

The Bank bit is interesting ,so are they going to use an Israeli bank with a bond market , most likely for me . He cant give much away about funding , but also cant say nothing at all, bit of a red herring at this point I feel.

OM arbitration outcome - could come any time , there is nothing to say the panel needs to take months on this decision if as Sam says they have a strong case.

I would be horrified if funding has not been organised already to a significant extent. The process is already nearly 2 years along and as we know Navitas have had a team in place for a long time. There are costs associated with this : feed planning, contractors negotiations, dealing with FIG, ESG , long lead items and the FPSO deal.

They are a very experienced team , so I doubt they would dive into these criteria without some substantial backing of funding in place

IMO, they would have sounded out prospective partner(s) with the equity and funding arrangement they would get in a farming deal. The farm in partner needs to be near as ready to agree with FID and farm in when required. Partner due diligence would eat up a lot of time if they were to put out feelers later in the year.

In the case of news flows, Navitas would likely be careful in how they release news, they would be looking to make maximum impact for their share price and this in turn makes any further funding and negotiations from a position of company financial strength.

OM- As many have pointed out , it is a significant event that all previous litigation debts will be fully cleared, with significant upside possible. IF the arbitration panel went against the original decision, then it would be a disaster for RKH finances.

OM final written requirements ended yesterday, I believe, so clock is ticking for a minimum 45M euro if adjusted by ICSID to 65M euro on a wholly positive outcome. So best case outcome 90M Euro in the bank plus cash on hand .

All this without FID is making me break my trading rule ,of the maximum % of investing pot in one equity, sure quite a few in here in this boat, soon as well.

The north sea is nearly uninvestable , thanks to feckless politicians , so we are lucky RKH are out of reach of them to some extent.

I'll stop here , I'm going on a bit , lol.
