The AIM RNS shows an additional 2.51% of voting rights compared to the ASX bulletin bringing Wyloo’s voting rights up to 20.75%.

These relate to some warrants that aren’t mentioned on ASX.

Can anyone explain why they appear on one and not the other.

No, it closed at $7.12 which is 339p.

It would appear the title of this thread is FUD then and nothing’s changed.

So are you saying Newmont still own them but Wyloo have voting rights?

The ASX RNS lists the exact number of shares in the secondary listing as part of Wyloo’s share total suggesting that they got the whole of the secondary offer in spite of it being announced that there were several new quality buyers.

I was under the impression that Wyloo had an option to buy Newmont’s shares for 7.1p each. The secondary sale proceeds of A$440M equate to 15.7p. It’s not making sense to me.

Looking at the share numbers, the whole of the secondary offer from Newmont went to Wyloo. Are we being stitched up here or am I worrying unduly?

Seems there’s a concerted effort from vested interests trying to scare PIs into selling their shares to provide much needed liquidity to the ASX market so that the Australian IIs can pick them up relatively cheaply. Some people will fall for it but it will get much more difficult for it to persist once the good news RNSs keep coming starting with the Q2 results and Telfer extension news. I’m holding tight because imo we’re still in the early days of growth even though I’m already up around 200% in the last 6 months.

I’m up about 200% and think we’ve barely started.

So far we’ve had….

Round 1 on AIM where hardly anyone could trade and the SP drifted aimlessly up from £3.15 to £3.30 for no apparent reason on barely any volume followed by a UT trade to close at £3.50

Round 2 on ASX kicked off at £3.39, rocketed up to £3.72 then drifted back to £3.48.

Round 3 on AIM today kicked off 20p off its £3.50 close at £3.30, plummeted down to £3.00 for whatever reason then steadily climbed back to just over £3.50 with a £3.63 UT trade finishing off the day.

What have we got in store for round 4 at 1am on ASX?

Anybody’s guess but I think we could see a steady climb and a bit less volatility but who knows?

I got offered 330.665 for 50,000. Managed to not accidentally press the button although I made sure the cat wasn’t around to jump on me at the time!

Back above yesterday’s pre-close price of 330p before it jumped to 350p for some reason.

Like many have said, it’s probably best to ignore for a few days until it all reaches a state of equilibrium between the two markets and the flappers have stopped flapping.

Looking forward to the Q2 results next month when this week’s volatility will be long forgotten.

Current SP mid point is more or less bang on the RetailBook offer price.

Could that be something to do with the 10% drop on the ASX closing price due to the issuing of these shares being registered as trades for some reason?

What are people’s predictions for an opening price? I’m going for A$8 within a few minutes of opening.

Presumably if nearly everyone is having the same teething trouble with the new Greatland Resources shares and are unable to trade, the current price shown must be a bit of a guess and fairly meaningless.
