Just read the article. Has the journalist assumed its Samsung because of the QD technology or does she know. She is apologising in the article for a mistake over Nvidia. The article sounds a little shotgun. As far as I am aware Samsung do not make 43� monitors.

If they could afford to make monitors from tv panels everyone would do it but the tv cost is so much higher hence monitors exist. AUO make 43� monitor panels for Dell and Acer. As far as I am aware no other monitors exist for that size. It is uneconomic to use a tv panel for a monitor.

Interesting times. Momentum was used by Mikey and it is true it will build. Panels by Asus (Acer must be close behind), Philips 43�, Vizio 65� once live will keep producing and further growth to come from Nvidia, Acer, Asus, HP with BFGs, and Sony, Samsung with 8k TVs. Feeks agreed. The Osram programme is totally different. What I find interesting with the new extension is the partner must have the next product in mind to set milestones.
