So no distinction between those products in terms of the future long term prospect. It is developing now. The article does also say it’s a breakthrough. I find it interesting also that Nanaco was invited to join Kyulux to develop a true Qled solution. That suggests a lot about the future of QDs in display. I still do not see this as an issue. The directors biggest risk is that the rest of the business can keep up with nano particles.

Edison clearly stated microLED development with QDs was underway so it would be Nanaco related as it was known. As AUO have a new product and the spec is a strong possibility it is using QDs. Not a threat it means QDs have a future with led tech.

NW agree it is likely all US contracts are as a result of ME and his location. As that unknown US partner is comfortable with the relationship ithe sniping is nothing but counterproductive. The balance for a global business is just right. The US contract is huge. Two initial payments of £2.6m is not small beer and not a toytown contract. This undervalues Nano significantly. The directors have stated as their main risk that this contract will be too dominant. Some posters need to see the bigger picture.

Today was a good day for info. If not all, the majority we knew but as time passes some of it was less prevalent. It was good to see the AUO schedule confirming AOC was in the mix for a 27” 4K panel, in addition to ASUS and Acer , that opens up all the Far East markets. In addition we have the follow up panels 32”, 35”, and 43”. Gamers have been holding off upgrading for 1 to 2 years knowing these monitors were on their way so the monitors are not coming to the market cold. The other clear point from 27” panel is, it was the first and the lessons have been learnt. The whole process from the existing players will now gain momentum. If the lieutenants do not deliver now in the process choppy choppy, the boards of the combined forces will now expect educated deadlines to be met.
