Agree that was how I read the announcement they have developed the panel using CFqd material. Another huge market opens up. Also the other significant event from these 2 shows is that qds are now being used for mobile displays all previous products were static terminals. And qds being used in the formative MiniLED and micro led products.

Thought this was interesting. AUO have also a qd MiniLED 27” and 32” gaming product. We have seen the Samsung article regarding QDs and microled. Looks QDs have a future with the evolving tech.

Jplay your history is not wrong but it is also selective.
N has received £5.4m from the US partner in the last 6 months with further payts to follow;
Factory space has doubled;
Production staff recently recruited;
The Board has been rejigged which indicates N is preparing for the next phase;
The cash flow in the last 6mths is positive;
Stronger balance sheet;
More qd products are being developed eg automobile displays and microled portable gaming machines.

Jplay have you not worked it out yet it does not matter whether it is nanoco as microled needs qd and there are only a small number of qd producers. When you ignore those that care less about the planet and focus on cad free then you have a real focus. Cannot believe some of these boards have corporate green policies so you need to work out who are the hypocrites.

Royalty payments suggest it is N’s IP one would therefore expect product to be paid for plus the royalty per product to repay the loan. Yes the £2.8m loan has nothing to do with the milestone payments. For royalties to repay the loan then they are obviously expected to be meaningful. Yes more milestone payments are expected under both existing contracts.

Was likely swayed by the fact N had a US CEO accessible in the states and someone in tune with the tech. So far they have paid £2.5m in payments and provided £2.8m in loans to enable doubling factory capacity. £5.3m is currently over 150 per cent of revenue. All comments indicate doubling of factory size is needed fo future production - common sense really. On prospects alone the company is undervalued. This is one stream the co is working on, I would like to know what contribution you are making to the N.

Lots of emotion last couple of days. Results keep improving but obviously too slow for some. There is one subtle change to the revenue from display. It is not as a result of a sale of test materials. As commercial sales evolve it will become recurring revenue. It would be a different company if they were producing a finished product for sale but they are a component manufacturer and therefore have no control over what gets to market. It has been noticeable the ‘noise’ surrounding QDs is growing.

It was interesting also that in the interview there was awareness that they might utilise all the available resources.
