Just checked theRNS Dec 2017 to confirm the royalty from China was 10% of revenue not margin which it is “ Newsummit has agreed to pay an aggregate fee of £2,500,000 in addition to double-digit royalty on all Newsummit revenues derived from NXP001.” As a China domestic produced drug this should take the market 1/3 of 550m. In royalties potential is £18m at a conservative pe 20 NAV is £360m just on one drug on one continent. And we know it is not one drug co the Ebers deal alone is to generate more than the current NAV.

What will come first confirmation of the £2m payt or the next license deal for NXP001? They could follow close after one another so it may not necessarily matter. May need it to get to Camp 1.

Random I believe I read they were going for a reverse takeover with a main market listing still leaves NFX in frame.
SIPP yes 25% tax free but then like any other pension the monthly payments are subject to tax.

Investor proof will be in the deals they can do. There are a couple of approaches they can take. Their profile would put NFX in the firing line if they have the resources. They do not have any interest in development just buy, and I guess they will go for companies before the gain traction.

Random same here all in in SIPP,ISA with NFX. I have no interest in the shell but they have an interest in undervalued pharma companies with cancer drugs. They have substantial financial backers NFX fits their profile hope they have another target in mind.

Pretty much completed my portfolio reorganise by the time price got to 6p but just top sliced another holding to increase a very overweight position here. It’s not going to be a marathon more of a middle distance race. There is only one way this share is going.

Had another rummage through the RNS and was interested in some quite specific wording that I had not really paid a lot of attention. “who have commenced product registration in China”, this clearly does not say product approval. Registration is quite specific added to a register of products for a fee and presumably a license to be able to sell is very much an administrative process, so could be quite quick and with the NBS existing distribution network revenue presumably quarter in arrears for royalties. The other point was continue on-going discussions for the rest of the world. Not a surprise but clarification they are already well down the road with new distribution agreements.
My only other comment is the share price is always one result behind events the share price is where it should have been prior to the results today and possibly two events behind as it did not change with Ebers.

Next news rest of the world rights for 001, will be global or US, Asia and Europe. £5m or more up front for each continent and 20% royalties? NAV is still only the upfront value of Ebers should be £100m by now if not more.

I see in the interview Hilary Spence confirms manufacturing is “a bit tight” so they are at full manufacturing capacity. I wonder if they have started supplying the new US contract Life Sciences or is it existing customers.

I thought this wording says a lot from the Ebers RNS “ in addition to royalty payments of 20%, given the speed to market for consumer therapeutic products”. All was needed to be said was 20% royalty payments would be made, the rest is not necessary it would appear to be superfluous other than the fact it is a clear statement of intention.
