This is interesting Yatai has set up a small joint venture operation in Canada with a company called Benchmark to develop cannabis based products including cannabinoids.

Just out of interest just looked at ano pharma co valuation ( and this co is on aim no direct comparison). Value is £62m. No product currently phase 2 development of a potential and not enough cash to see it to market says it all.

It has been 9 working days since 18/7 not sure Spreadex have cleared the final 13m. My guess is they are just over half way.

Phen also forgot about the registration for approval if Yatai are marketing the drug they will need the license and will need to show they have the legal right to produce and distribute the drug.

Phen could be a number of reasons. One could be that Yatai consider NXP001 as an important drug and as they are significantly larger may want their brand on the product. This would only be possible if they are the contracting party. It may be as simple they have further reach ie a more recognised brand. May be as simple as limiting budgetary levels in subsidiaries. I prefer the marketing option myself.

Morth ok. The RNS for the Ebers agreement laid it out the company was formed by Canadian financiers and £51m is available between 2019 and 2021. I believe Dan said revenue will allow NXP to multi-develop and NXP001 will go some way to allow that.

Agree with a lot you say but not that this is a side show. The potential is huge this is something I posted a few days ago. As more countries focus on the potential such as Asia this will grow much faster than current predictions

BBC covered Opium addiction at 10pm news tonight. Is there a trend. Dr Dan has said that cannabinoids are not addictive in the same way as opium and could be a solution as painkillers anti-depressants. NFX seem to be focused on depression. Opium addiction seems to be a problem in the UK and is huge in US. Is this subtle pre-education for joe public.

It is an interesting article and clearly shows NFX has been looking at cannabinoids for 2 years. It confirms they have a product and the highlighted words give a clear indication he is interested in Depression but not CBDs. Soup you may owe Chris Rainey an apology for the harsh words.
