Dear SC .Good points as always. I think it worth expanding a bit more on this International Court of Arbitration as it does get mentioned a lot in the context of a life raft for us.
Why does it sit ? What's it jurisdiction ? And most importantly what authority and power does it have to carry out it's findings or judgements?
Suppose it finds in our favour how do we manage a two fingers up from the Tanzanian Goverment?
I think you mentioned this route does enable the Insuance Indeminity to be triggered by Aca ? (,at the very least,).
Do we know now where the Aca board actually resides ?.
I think it more difficult Aca says it can deal directly with the Government in this person non gratis situation.
Lastly if the Government takes 50 % of profit in the future how does this pan out. I believe CEY gives 63 % to the Eyptian government as a profit share and it's finding it difficult to operate.
(Although this is not the sole reason).

I had a plan . I was to sell at 245 on the way up. I bought whenever it was below 2 quid.
But what did I do? Ride the rise to 260 . And bought more !
That rise to 268 and consequent fall looks like a witches hat on the graph now ? And that is what it was in practice.
Lesson learnt. Decide on your own target and stick to it !
