Have to agree Culpepper.
When you look at the firepower assembled personnel wise at GGP it just seems overkill to end up riding the coat tails of a major running Telfer/Havieron and us just taking our share of the spoils.

If I read the last RNS, apart from the standard copy and paste “About Greatland” statement at the end, I’d already think Havieron and possibly Telfer was wholly owned by GGP and not a JV, if you didn’t know better.

I don’t think it’s beyond the realms of possibility.

My proposal for Telfer’s possible under new ownership title,
Greatland’s West Australia Locality Tolling Hub,
or Greatland’s WEALTH for short.

I could come up with at least a dozen scenarios on how this might play out and not one of them will probably be close to the mark, so I’m just going to sit back and enjoy.

2022 final results confirm broad intersections of gold mineralisation with highly anomalous Bismuth pathfinder geochemistry at Black Hills
Throughout the Paterson region, Bismuth has been identified as an important economic gold-copper mineralisation pathfinder element including at Greatland's Havieron deposit (joint venture with Newcrest, 70%) and Rio Tinto's Winu deposit. Drilling in BHRD004 intersected highly anomalous Bi multi element chemistry, strongly associated with the higher-grade gold intersections, with values in anomalous gold zones consistently >10ppm Bi and up to 253ppm (Table 1)

Fortescue obviously have excellent infrastructure set up around Port Headland and Pilbara region. It’s as good as their backyard. Also of interest in the mix (not a major) Thor Energy, Ragged Range next to Panorama.

It’s a few months over 5 years since I first invested in Greatland Gold, at that time the emphasis was on Ernest Giles, and if you’d have asked me what Havieron was I’d have probably said “is it the new Bugatti prototype?” The only place Havieron got a mention was on Callum Baxter’s to do list.
In that short time we’ve had 1000’s of metres of core drilling, there’s a big hole in the ground and half of Australia’s Who’s Who of Business are on the Greatland Board. It’s amazing really.
Some people don’t think the price of what we are racing to get out of the ground is relevant, at this moment in time. Fair enough.
Whilst the explorer, mine developer, miner question goes on it just kills time until the ore is going to be heading for Telfer and I think that time is now going to go quicker than a Byrnecut bogger on a bonus.
