Good to see this on the move.Last reasonably sized block sells were on the 28th Dec.Hopefully seen the back-end of the seller banking gains to year-end 2016 and that the shackles are now off.Excellent business model and a must have for the portfolio over the short and longer terms.

Taking what they can get at the mo.Maybe crystallising gains to financial y/e 31st Dec so hopefully done and dusted shortly.Good opportunity to buy on the dips.

Nice to see the steady rise in SP even with the seller taking profits. Could be Paternoster who held 69m shares (approx 10%) from Feb 16 after a bout of locking in profits back then.Can`t have that many left at this rate.Havn`t seen any TR1`s though.Alternatively,CLN`s were issued in 2014 with a maturity date of 18th Dec 2016, 25m shares at a conversion price of 0.8p (nice).Issued to an existing shareholder.I would have thought these were all converted and fed into the market for profit sometime ago but you never know.Either way should be done and dusted shortly and another reason for the sp to uplift.

asset financing news awaited which will propel sp higher.Each new diesel site costs approx £5.4m.Rockpool commited £3.4m per site and we fund additional £2m from asset financing, we own 45% of each site.Lombard asset financing facility over 5 years agreed for 1 site (Attune) and ongoing discussions re Lombard funding the rest of the Rockpool sites at approx £2m each. Moving ahead, we look to take a larger share in each site 80-100% ownership.Funded with 80% asset finance/20% equity either from PPG or Multi-National big 6 Utility who have agreed to fund the 20% on renewable fuel or gas powered 20 MW sites. All looking good.

From The Final Results RNS 5th Sept Chairman`s statement: ``These investments have become a valuable asset, and we expect to be able to re-value in the accounts at the end of the next financial year for those sites that are operational. This will provide a strong backbone for the Company in its new phase of seeking further sites for development. With nine management contracts awarded to date, the fee income from these enables the Company to manage our existing investments and also to expand and build out new sites, whether FlexGen or SolarFlex.`` This,of course,excludes the latest 3 new contracts awarded.
