Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Both trades executed at exactly the same price so looks like 2 sells. Bed&ISA ...sell at lower price(bid) and buy back into ISA at slightly higher price (ask) which is where some shares are lost on the transaction albeit the spread between the 2 is kept at a minimum on a bed&isa tf.
Was just about to say the same Ahmir. MMs happy to pay over the bid and still 2 sitting on 2p.
ha ha. Hopefully Cascade take the view, in for a penny in for a pound........or should I say in for $2m what`s another $2m.
Ha ha Ahmir. I will be kitted out in my Superman outfit (double pants on the outside) to ensure that only the spoken word is used.
F Me !
Yep,hopefully will be less rampy from now on. I was thinking of setting up an alias Marketmover2 to fly just beneath the radar........on second thoughts that might just be a little too well hidden.........Marketmover1 here I come.......
I will second that Thorpedo......no harm done. A lot of sharpe individuals on AIM with well honed instincts.......goes with the territory.
Load the gun and get someone else to pull the trigger...........
All completely unnecessary and just gets the antennae up with each post.
Cottoned on a while back mate.I make it 2 sets of 2 Supermen/Clarke Kents........4 in total
Techdreamer1980..... A bit over the top. Where`s Bjorn and Supporter1 today amid all this excitement ? ........
On any sniff of a T/O happy for GT to re-brand us as SIRvision (sic) ha ha
Always nice to get a public endorsement from the likes of Mobileye..........
Good to see a bit of movement in the upward direction and a little bit of liquidity alongside. A reminder from the last contract winning RNS (Egged) Lior Sethon, Deputy General Manager of Mobileye Aftermarket Division, commented, "I am very excited about our cooperation with SerVision and look forward to providing our integrated solution to the largest bus operator in Israel. I believe the Mobileye-SerVision platform will open up further mutual opportunities in the bus and coach market worldwide." I like the bullishness of the final sentence and hopefully Cascade like it too.Nice to see reference to Worldwide expansion .The guy seems confident. Cheers
There was a LTH BHX or something similar whom I seem to remember had a very large holding and seemed very knowledgeable in terms of Sev.I wonder if he/she is still holding and might have anything to add to current affairs here ?
Hang in there, most are in the same boat other than LTH from way back. Ifs and buts.........although if Cascade take their options this will move sharpish. Like most,I have a trading pot for short term movement and bigger pot for the longer term. Cheers
Yep Ahmir. Doing very well with CPX (not ramping just saying) and expecting the same here.I hate sitting on losses which will hopefully be a distant memory here very soon.
Hold on to your hats it`s gonna blow, 10 bag.....Oh sugar you beat me to it Ahmir.........ha ha
So that would be a real spread of 12.5% 2.25 / 2 which is pretty decent for Sev.They haven`t bid 2p for a little while.
Thorp.... To demonstrate confidence in the business model and not laden the business with 6 bi-monthly loan repayments of $165,000 and fees of $40,000 at a time when cashflow/working capital was tight and was needed to compete for new tenders per the RNS. Also to protect the SP and the value of their investment. Having said the above,if they take up the options then the above is largely irrelevant as they clearly see a return on a premium investment which means happy days for all of us. imo, dyor
