Would help if GT was a bit more forthcoming with his news and updates,give us something to get stuck in to.He needs to learn how to play this SP on AIM.Still,there is plenty for him to be cracking on with based on that last update.The Mobileye guy was positive enough. Let`s hope that Cascade has lit a little fire under him.

Hi Brand and agreed. Also with HL and the trades are done simultaneously and normally same day or next day.They also have an option to instruct the bed and isa online within your trading account if you prefer not to call.In this instance both trading account and isa are held with the same provider which no doubt helps in terms of speed of execution. You lose a small amount of shares on the transaction re the spread between bid-ask but nothing to right home about as Brand says. Cheers

Yep and I haven`t seen anything to suggest that Directors or large "in the know" investors are not continuing to hold,so assume they are sitting tight awaiting their payday.

That is one realistic point of view that cannot be discounted. I`m staying positive insomuch as they are not the only source of finance,deals could be in the offing,Mobileye potential and possible exit,numerous pilots running and the possibility of picking up some cheap shares ha. Everyone will have their own take on it and will act accordingly. imho,dyor etc

A waiting game Ahmir particularly with Sev`s ability to leave things until the last minute. With that in mind, I will wait to see if the cash arrives but with one eye on the fact that this is an option and not a guarantee.No cash turns the spotlight firmly on GT and his ability to get some deals across the line.We are due some. imho,dyor

All quiet on the western front. Basically you use your ISA account as a trading account,add as much of your annual allowance as you can each year and build up a tax free account with profits and contributions. Care on any withdrawals as you cannot just put it back in....all additions will fall within your annual allowance figure which changes pretty much each year.All AIM shares can now be traded from a stocks n shares ISA. Very quickly...When trading from a stocks n shares ISA all profits are tax free. Bed and ISA is an instruction to your broker to sell shares in your trading account and to use the proceeds to buy the shares back into your isa so future profits are then tax free and free of capital gains.The initial transaction to sell shares in a bed and isa transaction would be subject to capital gains if over the annual allowance which is about �11k ie you can make profits up to that amount without tax. We all have an annual allowance to load up an isa (�20k per annum 2017-2018). Worth researching in full Ahmir can save you a mint. dyor not intended as advice etc .......
