RorkesDrift, I've given sufficient evidence to know that the phase 1 is more nailed on than what the naysayers claim. There is no doubt from the pre-clinical work that AVA6000 has by far the best data. For that, there is zero doubt on and we have statements from Alistair Smith and Neil Bell to support this. preCision is by far the best I've seen. If you want any further evidence, look at the paper referenced previously on Aldox which is an inferior product.

As we all know, that if there is any hint that this will be replicated in humans, the share price will rerate. Considering the very positive comments from Al Smith, I'm extremely bullish on this. Wait for the results at the end of this year or Q1, if no news announced in-between, then this will certainly be rerating.

RD, I appreciate your concern on me being over positive, I'd like to see some of that tempered approach towards those who are overtly negative.

MrA, give it a rest. What i KNOW and don't KNOW is a matter of understanding the process. Look at the points I made in quotation and the youtube links they tell you a) why AVA6000 will succeed where others haven't and b) what the current status is of the trial.

During this particular study you will be taking multiple data samples from the patient. Tolerance, toxicity as well as blood and urine levels of multiple items. By now if there was anything negative you would have heard about it. Instead we have an extra site added at St James's Hospital and comments that we are "very pleased with the positive progress so far".

The importance of the cleaved doxorubicin being identical to normal dox was highlighted in the presentation. Once you get phase 1a and 1b data in, then you'll make any further decisions on what form phase 2 will take. If data is exceptional and keeping the identical nature in mind, phase 2 will become pivotal and EUA is on the cards.

Note this is not EUA as in the mining company that many shorters messed up on recently, no indeed we are talking emergency use.

End of year and early Q1 will see the big rerate with a gradual rise before then.

This looks very promising.

I don't mean to encourage you too much. With phase 1 pK data at end of year/Q1, we will get a very big rerate as it proves up the pre|CISION technology. The pipeline opens for many other drugs Avacta will be closing in on a £6Bn pie. There have been pseudo-scientists trying dissuade a balanced approach to investing on this BB. Have a listen to this about AVA6000 and why it will succeed where others have failed.

"About the pre|CISION technology... has achieved a very high level specificity to FAP-alpha so we get exquisite targeting" [1], and (where other pro-drugs (failed)); "getting the specificity to the tumour microenvironment is where previous attempts have failed" [2].

Referring to the ongoing AVA6000 phase 1a trial Alastair Smith went on to say that we are "very pleased with the positive progress". No doubt this puts the strength of the trial in perspective and shows that we are on target for a major rerate.

p.s. I know I will get some abuse from the bear crew, but for them I say; over the next few months think things through carefully. The positive interest in Avacta has gone up and the volume has substantially increased. The ratios are not in your favour, with a lot of Big Pharma showing extensive interest in the presentation on Thursday, we are likely to get some strong long positioning and shorts closing. It's better to take cover before the squeeze.
