Abingdon Health rose 38% off of the news from Vatic. I can't take credit for this as some really good research from our crew here at the LSE shows that Vatic Health Ct value is <25 (10,000 - 50,000 copies per ml). Vatic are hoping for 100m tests per year, that's approx 8.3m tests a month.

Avacta is able to detect at far higher than a Ct of 25. If the crew members on the LSE are correct Avacta could be selling far higher numbers very soon. (Even if the tests are similar, this bodes well). It's good news over all as I suspected many companies are anticipating that the use of lateral flow tests will continue well into 2022/2023.

Could be an interesting week ahead with Abingdon going up 38%, once the penny drops, this will have a rerate on Avacta - is it time for us to take the plunge?

The strong conclusion we can draw from the last week is that both the therapeutics and diagnostics arm is about to announce news. With AVA6000 progressing well (Presentation), Affidx for sale to Gov. Departments (Medusa website), LG Chem providing a resounding endorsement of Avacta (RNS Wed), HUA submitted and ready to go, this looks like a very strong momentum.

@gmcc it is certainly going to be data rich. I would think that by now they will have a strong idea as to what is happening. ;-)

LOL. Obviously this was the kind of petty responses I was expecting from the shorting crew.

The trial started on August 11 and we will have pK data available end of year - Q1. However, this is very difficult for some people to grasp, a grave mistake by those who are shorting. This is literally a couple of months away and the longer it goes without any negative news the worse it gets for the shorters. The news on Thursday has certainly got their ends up. We are currently approx. 33% of the way through in terms of time.

I like the bit that says:

@travel_light even though the MMs opened lower on Thursday, the sp went up especially after the presentation.
