This week we might have results for a pilot study on Avacta and potentially news of an LFT that can be used for test to release.

His gripe is with approved tests being used for the wrong purpose (e.g. Innova). He has no issues with LFTs in general as long as they are used for the correct purpose and have had sufficient scientific backing. His second issue is with people who have vested interests trying and ask him to endorse one test over another (my suggestion, leave him alone).

As Zoom1 has stated, Neale Hanvey has liked it.

I have a strong idea what it is, but don't want to speculate any further, but it will be interesting to hear others views.

The pcr will likely come back positive as the specificity would be fairly good for Chinese test. However, if he had used Avacta before he developed symptoms he could have arrived at the conclusion earlier and not spread his covid around.

Sajjid Javid tests positive using a lateral flow test. He is waiting on his PCR results. If it was a Chinese LFT, then during his asymptomatic phase it wouldn't have picked up the infection, potentially passing on the virus to those around him.

An Avacta test some days back could have picked it up.

He's done a lot for the company, he has found a route to market for the diagnostics. We'll be starting Phase 1 for therapeutics shortly and have numerous other agreements in place. It's brilliant news for preCISION, affimers and the company as a whole.

If you don't like what the company has achieved, then either get in touch with them, but kindly stop slandering him and them.

Alastair is perfectly fine at running the company. He's taken it from 20p to where it is today and has created an exceptionally bright future. We don't get to dictate when the horizon is with our 20 pence worth.

- Have patience, if you are long-term
- Contribute research and constructive comments

- If the heat is getting too much, take your £1.27 you made your quid, now leave the BB

I think AS has done a great job, just my opinion. I'm basing it on how difficult it to produce a quality product and being able to get it to market. There are things that he could have done differently, but I can only say that with hindsight, I'm sure when the ball is in play most of us may well have made the same decision. Secondly, there is no reason for an RNS to drop at any second.

Most of the other companies were taken in, Novacyt, Mologic and Abingdon are up for legal action against UKGov. ODX could be going down that route.

We are fortunate that AS actually did something about it by looking to EU and RoW.
