The lack of relevance to lloyds in most of these posts must make them all candidates for removal.

I'm all for topic drift, but this board seems obsessed with anything but lloyds.

Image my surprise to check in on my isa and find that these shares are worth something again.

Mind blowing, I'd written this off months ago.

No hope of making a profit but the fact that the firm is trading is a miracle.

I do wonder what company this is now if it has no assets in Trinidad. But hey like I say a wonder to see some value.

Usually PFC trails the PO movements. Probably because PFC not being a producer does not benefit from spikes in oil prices. If the spike is maintained then a higher stable oil price will have an impact on future contracts.

But a few days here and there will make little difference. IMHO

It seems as though pfc has found some stability in its shareprice.

The last 18 months this has been up and down like a fiddlers elbow, getting within sight of 700.

However, these wild swings seem to have disappeared. Sadly at a lower value than I bought at but not disastrously low.

It now seems something of a safe bet against the brexit storm. The dividend is decent and still holding strong but not much to speculate on at the moment.

Seems like a good opportunity to buy today so added to my small portfolio.

Just hope it goes better than the rest of my current holdings.

Yep can't win them all. But hopefully a few years down the track it will start to recover.

Ah 60p would be a dream. I'm 70% down.

A 100% rise would be an acceptable loss for me.

Bought into this last week. Been interested for a few week in this company, it seems to be a growth sector.

Hi poker. I've given up on saga. I've nott sold but to me it's dead money. Even with the recent rise I'm 70% down and I hate to average down, would rather put my money elsewhere. If it recovers to 80p that would be amazing, but I can't see me recovering my capital in the next 10 years. I think it was just a bad call on my behalf. I'm more up beat about 888 it has good opportunities for future income generation. But pfc is by far the star performer in my holding. Even though I'm down on my current holding, overall pfc has pretty much covered all my other losses.

Well yesterday I thought it would do well to close at 460 This morning I would do well to hold 450. A bit out either side, but not far off the mark. Good bit of business by poker chips, today. I'm not a good day trader, so just enjoying the ride. May sell some if we hit 800 otherwise I'm a long term holder and dividend collector.

I think if we hold above 450 that would be a good day as there will be some people cashing in a 14% profit after 24 hrs

Remember officially they have only dropped the investigation into 3 people. The position on the company is no comment

Ouch 60k is steep. Over the period of the SFO I am probably 10% up. But I like to win each trade so at the moment I'm in the red till it hits 506p. Even with an SFO fine I thought 506p was a fair price. A few years of struggle but collecting dividends on the way. If the SFO bring no charges it will have been a bargain buy. I'm fairly well spread across my investments so don't have too much riding on one share, but when you hold the likes of saga (down 70%) pfc is a relative calm sea.

14% in a day. I doubt that was down to us pi's. Its the big players who have got excited. Volume 8,603,448 That's pretty much 8x the normal daily volume in the last month

In the time it has taken me to post this it move up another 2%.

On an average day volumes are at 1.2m.
On a couple of days last month it hit 2.5m

I would be happy with a 460 finish as some day traders are bound to take some profit today.

504p was my last big buy here so still a way to go to get back in the black, but even with the SFO I thought it would get there.

You pays your money and takes your chance with PFC. If this is a true short squeeze then this could move rapidly through 500 - 600p.

Alternatively it could be a few optimistic industry insiders and it could be back to 400p tomorrow.

I like PFC for its dividend and I think the SFO case has dragged on to long without results, but nothing shocks me any more and no share is a dead cert.
