Just six months ago, I would bet one million pounds with anyone who asserted that on the eve of drilling WH the share price would cost 6p. And would lose of course. Which means that now I have to win at least 2 million in order to spend half of them instantly for whatever I want and keep the other half as investments :-))

Yes John84. WH, in comparison with SL has not only high chance of success and large 480MMbo (mid case) recoverable potential. Success will de-risks 13 must drill prospects/leads with resource potential of 750MMbo ideally located for a basin opener well. This is why in case of success Matad in blink of aye will be transformed into world class O&G company with the SP rocketing sky high. And all our Matadors have to be prepared to that and not go mad with joy if it happens. We need remember that such success will make a crazy not only all of those who didn't invest but too emotional people amongst our Matadors as well :-))

I will never be able to perceive people as normal if they invested in any company and after that fall into negative hysteria. Yes, you can be an investor and be very critical towards the company's management and mercilessly criticize it in order to improve the work for common best results. But make investment and start spread a absolute negativity imo can only idiots and trolls. Or, as I call them the barking dogs that thinking that they can affect the market in their own interests. There is nothing strange in being overly positive and optimistic because if there is no faith in the positive, success rare happen. Then how to be an investor and therefore a co-owner of the company and at the same time perceive it negatively, is not just unnatural but very similar to a clinic.

Yes, Ojay I also agree that most people cannot understand the difference between Matad and a lottery as all Matadors do. And that is the main reason of why so many poor people in the world. And very few only as rich as we are and who soon will become even richer :-))

Very good decision, jndavid490. As I mentioned before we are really in unimaginable situation. And this situation isn't something that comes from any objective circumstances. It is a result of gross and completely unforgivable mistakes made by a new management. Because the trust towards the company before the arrival of Mike, and especially after Bergen deal was already catastrophically low. Therefore there was no any place for new mistakes. And as soon as Mike made some right steps by suspending and then terminating this deal the trust began to be restored. And from that point, Mike and his team, instead of being very careful and strengthening this trust has made some new strange mistakes sending the level of trust to almost zero. Therefore, the BOD needs firstly to show now maximum wisdom and not to undermine the credibility of the company. And secondly use all its professionalism and discover the oil which is not so difficult as it looks. Because search is going in an oil-producing country with the mind blowing estimated volumes which realy can make it in one of the largest oil suppliers in the world. And I hope they will begin to act in this responsible way and get the result that we all have been waiting for so long.

Ojay, I can bet with you that if the drilling process will continue proceed normally, as it is happening now then our uptrend is started just today. Whatever the crazy is AIM but sooner or later his madness also comes to an end. For, here, at stake is such a crazy bet which simply impossible to ignore for such a incredably long time.

At last I am seeing that more and more people starting to understand the situation exactly as it is. But it's hard to blame ordinary shareholders here for being such a heavily disoriented when even our respectful CEO Kurt wasn't able (or for some reason didn't want) to look at the reality as it been yet a 3 years ago and take the most drastic measures as he was advised.

extraordinary and very exciting situation. As far as I can assume we are on the eve of steady SP rise to the level somewhere between 14p - 16p. From which it can either fall to the current level (or slightly lower), or sharply soar to 40p +. Personally, I think that this time we have a realy great chance to strike oil with almost instant SP rise to the new high from where will be no return.

Come on, Matad! It's time to wake up and show yourself to all of us who believe what giant you are and on what miracles can you do. I went for my cup of coffee and by return would like to see you wake up, start rising and silence the dogs :-))

I agree, bigbench. But to achieve it Mike and his team have to concentrate all their efforts on finding an oil. And do not make anumore such a rude and inexcusable for high professionals mistakes as visas delay or late permits, late spud dates, loss of two drills this year. And what is important not to make new dilution. I am almost sure that any new dilution before the finding the oil will crush the company. So, let's hope that this BOD is wise enough to learn the lessons from their own and others' mistakes and bring to themselves and to all of us prosperity.

But when we look at today's shocking price it becomes clear that the current level of company's capitalisation does not reflect either its tangible assets or real potential. Therefore I remain confident that our risky investment in PM is fully justified. And the most important reasons of this are the presence of the big oil in Mongolia and the search is conducting by higly professional BOD capable to find it. And the only question which a bit straining me is this: are this BOD desperate to find it as soon as possible or feeling quite comfortable with their personal finances and can play another tricky game as it was done by all previous BODs? And if they are going to play again then we were wrong about these people on which we hoped. Because true professionals cannot be indifferent to the time of proving their qualification. Furthermore, any new trick and even placement can put PM in complete destruction. Therefore I think that this BOD have no more than one year time from now to discover the oil and our mysterious journey with Matad through this dark tunnel will last till November 2019. During this time we have a small probability either lose what we can afford to lose or huge chance to make our investment multifold either soon via WH or 4 drillings in the next year.

At this price I bought in November 2016 when the PM was hoped to bring farmin and drill two wells in 2017 but not one was drilled. And now for the same ridiculously low price we can buy the shares of the company which have already begun drilling possibly one of the most significant onshore oil fields in the world. Not saying about 4 fully funded drillings with huge potential for 1019. It seems to me this strange AIM is really beginning to test all of us. And if so, personally, I accept its challenge, and if by the end of today or Monday the price falls even lower, then I’ll add to my already substantial package as many shares as I can. As it was said by great Sun Tzu: "To win the war you have to be ready to lose battle". So, if we are ready to lose one or even few local battles we are going to get our great and final victory on this AIM monster.

Such a low price is just that idiocy which very often happens on AIM. Soon we will see sudden sparkling SP rise as it quite often happening on this market. Not saying how sky-high can price rise in case of striking oil. But even if this does not happen and price falls further it will give us a great new opportunity to take advantage of the new and inevitable SP rise next year. And increase our capital up to several times again as it was possible and some of us have managed to do this last time. Therefore, patience and patience again for to be rewarded.

Mr P, don't pay much attention to the idiots or dogs. And there is no reason for frustration, mate. Because, everything is going now in accordance to initial plan. I was and remain very critical towards Mike and the BOD. And I pretty much dislike what they have promised to do but fail to deliver. However let's don't forget that we have seen much brighter side of PM and unbelievable SP rise which allowed to some of us to make 5 - 10 fold profit. Therefore it is time to look on the real situation in which nothing has changed and tremendous chance of Mongolian Big oil discovery remains in place. And the only thing we need this time, its to be a bit more lucky. But even if it will not happen now it will next year definetely.

Today's excellent RNS and completely inadequate market reaction to it surprises me a lot. Especially, compared with what happened before, when Matad was so faraway from todays incredibly better position. Such a feeling like we got the news about the postpone of drill and not a confirmation that everything is going according to plan. Therefore, to sell shares and neglect such a tremendous chance can complete idiots. Or maybe those who possess such superhuman abilities that they already know today that there is no oil at WH. But, if they are so brilliant, then what the hell they are doing on the market, let alone buying Matad's shares? Therefore, I tend to think that there are no geniuses on the market. But lot of idiots together with some hungry and loudly barking dogs.
