You are completely wrong, mate. Having very knowledgable friends in Russia I am fully aware what these two absolutely frank swindlers have scrolled their criminal activities first in Russia, and after that in London. And I know how they have passed the last rogue decision at AGM and consciously derailed the share price. They went to such a vileness that made blatant decision not to allow those shareholders, including me, who were against this decision to participate and vote. Absolutely falsely claiming that the documents issued to these shareholders by their brokers do not meet needed requirements. These are pure crooks who have to be in prison cells, but you know perfectly well that those who steal by the millions in UK are rarely prosecuted, and even less often sent to prison.

I tend to agree with you, Warthog4. And even when they react they do it mainly formally. And very rarely seriously but when it randomly coincide with their own intentions.

They are looking for crooks not at all where they are, but where they would like to find them. Nogoil, your comment is good and I agree with you in general but you have got wrong impression from my post. I didn't say I am unhappy with Matad in contrary I have made great profit. But what I cannot understand how reliable the modern oil research tool in comparison with old ones and why Russians was able to find it in last century so quickly using old tools. And not only Russians ages ago but Soco as well not long ago. And only PM cannot do it so long.

Today some posters telling as that SP is going to rise soon above 5p but I can't see any reason for that. In contrary I also, as Mike31 don't understand where did PM management get such colossal figures of estimated oil at WH which then turn into zero. And how could it happen that for the Russians it took only one year to find oil in Mongolia in 1949 with outdated search methods whereas PM almost ten years can't find it even by using all the modern search metods. Certainly I am not a person who want spread negativity here. Moreover, I made a very good profit from before Bergen disaster. But situation durring the WH drilling was so incredable that sometimes the thought is arising in mind is it just imitation but not a real business activity or even drilling here? Who is going to check in Mongolian deserts if there are drillings or not? Of course, these thoughts looks like someting delusional but till Mike Buck and all his BOD will be able to prove their professionalism by striking oil its very difficult not to think that something very strange was going on with the PM all the time - be it with the old leadership or now with the new one.

Oiler87, if PM so crap company could you please explain what is your aim and why you are here? Are you worrying for me or other LTH that we are going to lose money? Or maybe you think that some of LTH who own a lot of shares could listen to you and sell them for your lowest possible entry? I have a lot of shares but non of them will go to you, mate. Instead all of that or drawing here horror picture just recall that Matad has already give to shareholders opportunities to become very rich and many of them have already taken it. So, please stop whining here because it will not help you. My advise just wait till SP's lowest possible drop, maybe even to 000.1p and instantly buy a million shares just for 1K. By doing so you definitely can become as rich as some of our LTH. Good luck.

The result is terrible, of course. And want to confess that I wasn't been vigilant enough. Especially since the very beginning I very suspected that Shell should have had more weighty reasons for exiting the project than simply optimisation of its activities. However, if we are a considering ourself as LTO then we need to take all of these calmly. We all should have really been ready for this and afford to wait until the beginning of the drilling company of the next year. And if its so, then today's failure cannot do us any material damage. We just have to remember we lose nothing as long as we do not sell. Therefore, selling at today's price is a stupidity especially when it is now even do not reflect the actual capital of the company. Which means that from now on, it will begin its slow movement towards recovery to the level 5p and higher.

However imo the current state of PM shouldn't be so miserable. And the main reason for the presently deplorable state of PM's capitalization and incredibly low SP is the almost complete loss of the main intangible asset - trust to the BOD and management. And this wasn't changed even after the arrival of Mike. And whoever, and no matter how he tried to justify the reasons for the refusal of Shell from the deal the fact remains that this refusal is one of the most strange or even simply idiotic. For Shell to continue the program of optimizing its activities did not need to waste $18 million. On the contrary Shell could easely multiply it by selling his share after successfully WH drilling. This is why very soon it will become clear either Shell knew in advance about something what we had no idea. Or there are some idiots who did not appreciate the great income that could extract. And it was this unexpected exit of Shell that led to the fact that even with the arrival of Mike the company still failed to attract any other Farmin. In any case not long to wait now for to see what is going to happen.

You are right, Coldjoe. But you didn't mention that the first oil was discovered in Mongolia during the Soviet era. And this was done literally within just one year in 1949. And so far this oil is sent to Russia for refining and return to Mongolia as finished petroleum products. And for more than 8 years, the former inept leadership of Matad has been looking for this oil, but could not find it. With the arrival of Mike, the situation should have changed and not only because of his high professionalism or the use of more sophisticated and improved search tools. But because country is loosing every single year huge potential quite real national income. However, the first drilling was delayed for ludicrous reasons of visas and ended in failure too. And it will be just incredible if the failure befall with Mike at the WH as well. Therefore, I very much hope that WH the will be that turning point in the history of Mongolia, when at last its first national oil and gas company will be able to discover oil and transform its economy substantially.

Apparently MM was led astray from the way by the barks of our parasitic dogs and instead of going North went to South. But don't worry MM already understood that was mislead and tomorrow will go to the North strictly orienting on the compass and not to the barking of dogs :-)).

Agree MIKEY30. I cease to understand why even our LTH sometimes begin to panic, as if they did not even read the message of the company dated October 23, 2018 where it is written in black and white:

jndavid490, it would be a very good decision if there was one dog only. But what to do when there are so many of them? And except the dogs I have foxes problem too. In our Kent them so many that they are disturbing us to sleep at night. And even the district council, how many are not trying to reduce their number, but nothing happens.

ShinFalls, I have been once in Yakutia (if you heard about such place in Siberia) and managed to not only survive but even catch a fish under the ice in frozen river. Could you guess what the temperature was? Minus - 46C and that is not the most low temperature and the record one was - 67.7C. Its a unique and a very beautiful place to be but short period of time only. You will need special skills to spend winter in Yakutia, which lasts for 8-9 months. So, maybe you are last man standing on PM but in the queue, mate.

Very good point, ShinFalls. I wonder that nothing happened but already so many alarmists. How such people can invest in AIM companies remains a mystery to me. Those who are selling having no any serious reason remind me of a cowardly raven who caught the prey but noticing something resembling a fox, immediately flew off the fence. Nothing is clear yet but some people already in panic losing the colossal opportunities. I can not imagine what bitterness they will have to experience in case of SP's soar tomorrow.
