That's what should have happened if the company really enjoyed the support of MG. But, since the chatterbox MB was just talking about support, which actually never happened, I am sure that this decision has nothing to do with Petro Matad.
But this solution could be used if the MB began to act as a real CEO and not as a chatter or traveller around the globe.

Most likely the corruption is the same phenomenon in Mongolia as in neighbouring Russia, under the influence of which it was in past and continues to be today. But if there was the huge support which MB constantly chatted about, then even under the most corrupt government there shouldn't be such a ridiculous problem as land access. Therefore, the question arises why the MB constantly lied to us about this non-existent support? There are two possible answers only: either he lied deliberately or he simply ended up as an idiot abroad. I would really like him to be second one and admit a complete failure in his work as CEO. If he is strong enough and able to correct mistakes he could bring the company to its glorious future as he has promised us from the very beginning. Hope that this is exactly what will happen, everything else can turn out very badly as for the company and for him personally.

This happens for the simple reason - the vast majority of investors do not understand at all that they have some rights, not to mention that they are co-owners of the company. And if so, then who will reckon with the opinion of those who are not only unable to defend their rights, but even do not realize that have them.

Surprisingly, some do not even understand that only crooks operate behind the scenes. And the mere fact that such a suspicion arises about something happening in secret already speaks precisely of a scam. An honest CEO will not hide the truth, much less deceive his investors for all the years in office.

MB cannot take a legal action because he was well aware of all these frauds and that is why he constantly lied to us about some kind of huge support that the Mongolian government provides to the company. That is why I realized that this is a swindler, because an honest person, first of all, would not constantly lie to us about non-existent support, but would long ago solve this issue in a variety of ways, including the threat of going to court for huge compensation.

I am also preparing to send 3 letters to: the British Embassy, Mongolian Government and Parliament, and to the Mongolian British Chamber of Commerce.
I hope that many other investors should do the same, and not sit or wait like sheep until to be shorned.

Dozzawba, could you please post here what you have e-mailed to the British ambassador. I am asking it because we must all strike at the same and the most important points in order to draw as close attention as possible to the problems about which we are notifying and asking to intervene.

That is what we will do - bombard by our collectively signed letters to every organisation and bring their attentions to what is happening with British and other foreign investors giving permission to companies from such a corrupted country as Mongolia to operate on AIM market. If corrupt Mongolian officials can lure British investors to them, and then brazenly rob and even extort money for a mining license, then no less stringent economic and other measures should be taken by the British authorities against those who allow themselves such a brazen attitude towards interests of its investors, and hence the country as a whole.
Let's act collectively guys and defend our interests otherwise we are going to lose our investments completely. Therefore MON1 please take a lead and prepare draft of the letters to different organisation here in the UK and abroad which everybody who agree could send and present as collectively sighed document.

Hamm, that is hardly possible, but we must be prepared for this too. And demand an explanation, and not only from him as CEO, but also from all those crooks who, along with him, constantly deceived us and stole our money.
