focusIR May 2024 Investor Webinar: Blue Whale, Kavango, Taseko Mines & CQS Natural Resources. Catch up with the webinar here.
A far-sighted and honest CEO, and even more so a highly qualified geophysicist, and not some kind of empty talk, was simply obliged to overcome this artificially created and essentially criminal refusal of access to land in 3 years, completely ignoring the huge money for Heron.
Moreover, it was from the drilling of Heron that he should begin his activities. For any self-respecting CEO, refusal land access would mean arbitrariness and robbery of the company, and for him personally, a deep insult. But, instead, he took a completely unjustified risk with the Snow Leopard. Since it was easier to rob gullible investors, promising of new fantastic discoveries than to do painstaking work. By the way the same he is doing now by exaggerating the significance of the new and supposedly "transformational" capabilities of Velociraptor. Which are also likely to turn into dust.
It may not be worth speaking negatively, but I did not find anything positive in this presentation either. Moreover, the questions asked by this Donald are not at all the ones that we sent and were waiting for the answer from MB. In general, nothing new or significant that could change my mood or attitude towards him as an ineffective CEO for the better.
Thanks to you too, Hamm.
Let’s hope that our questions will be will be announced and MB will respond to them. But to be honest I doubt both.
And if so and any further delay of LP, then we have to continue our efforts and exercise fully our rights as co-owners of the company.
I wish you and all other critical investors enjoy a beautiful sunny day, which hopefully does not turn into a disappointing evening after the presentation.
I will add also.
If there is huge support from Mongolian Government, which Mike Buck constantly and on all of RNS or his presentations talks about, then why he was unable to get Land permit during 4 years of being CEO? Does he realise that by doing so he constantly misled investors not only for one year, but for all 4 years of his tenure, and that this turned out not just into "frustration" as he is very softly mentioned in RNS, but huge financial losses for investors?
And since Make Buck reiterates that "We are hopeful that we are now reaching a new phase in the process with central government recognising that it needs to bring this access issue to an end through direct action", two more questions arise:
1. Can he to achieve this before the opening of the drilling season in Mongolia, or will it result in new losses of time and money?
2. Is he now in his office in Ulaanbaatar and has directly involved in this or will do it virtually from Singapore, Italy or anywhere else on the planet?
The same old sh.t in the new wrapper is presented as candy aiming a new placement. Very clever tactic. Why to pump out oil if you can pump money out of the pockets of gullible investors, and even more so, fools who rejoice at the mere sight of candy.
That's what should have happened if the company really enjoyed the support of MG. But, since the chatterbox MB was just talking about support, which actually never happened, I am sure that this decision has nothing to do with Petro Matad.
But this solution could be used if the MB began to act as a real CEO and not as a chatter or traveller around the globe.
Most likely the corruption is the same phenomenon in Mongolia as in neighbouring Russia, under the influence of which it was in past and continues to be today. But if there was the huge support which MB constantly chatted about, then even under the most corrupt government there shouldn't be such a ridiculous problem as land access. Therefore, the question arises why the MB constantly lied to us about this non-existent support? There are two possible answers only: either he lied deliberately or he simply ended up as an idiot abroad. I would really like him to be second one and admit a complete failure in his work as CEO. If he is strong enough and able to correct mistakes he could bring the company to its glorious future as he has promised us from the very beginning. Hope that this is exactly what will happen, everything else can turn out very badly as for the company and for him personally.
This happens for the simple reason - the vast majority of investors do not understand at all that they have some rights, not to mention that they are co-owners of the company. And if so, then who will reckon with the opinion of those who are not only unable to defend their rights, but even do not realize that have them.
Surprisingly, some do not even understand that only crooks operate behind the scenes. And the mere fact that such a suspicion arises about something happening in secret already speaks precisely of a scam. An honest CEO will not hide the truth, much less deceive his investors for all the years in office.
MB cannot take a legal action because he was well aware of all these frauds and that is why he constantly lied to us about some kind of huge support that the Mongolian government provides to the company. That is why I realized that this is a swindler, because an honest person, first of all, would not constantly lie to us about non-existent support, but would long ago solve this issue in a variety of ways, including the threat of going to court for huge compensation.
Hamm I have saved your brilliant post in case if it deleted.
But as you can see some fools here will not be able to understand and appreciate your efforts to bring them the truth. They will continue to believe blindly to such an outright liar and crook. So, do not pay them any attention.
Atb.
Hi, Hamm,
Look, isn't MB dancing while everyone is waiting for some news from him? Or perhaps learning a new profession?
At least he's better at dancing than working as a CEO :-)).

Ostraliamate, it seems that your frail brains can’t reach in any way that there are people like you who can be mocked for decades, and they will sit and wait, living in the hope that everything will be fine. And there are those who are accustomed not to wait, but to act in order to achieve their goals. Although I am writing about this, I am sure that people like you will never understand this simple truth.
Yes, I also received the same copied response from the ambassador. But don't worry. In a month we will need to contact him again and find out if he was able to influence the situation. And if not, then we will need to inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other governmental bodies about it. So, we have to continue our actions to the bitter end!
