I don't recall any mention of unaccounted for shares but I was away for a while just before the demerger. If that is the case then doesn't that suggest he was in from the start but under the market radar until now?

another late trade from yesterday - 100k. Harpin's 760K was up to the 15th. Could be a round number kind of guy, could be someone else. 760k struck me as quite a lot to aquire within 5 days

Quite agree. Yes to Harpin in and no to harpin' on. Anyone else notice the outbreak of inaccurate mid price syndrome for most of the afternoon? Let's hope it isn't as permanent as PXS.

I was wondering whether many are selling less from an anti SIS position and more from an attitude towards the number of shares they hold. We all know that the name of the game here on AIM is to buy large numbers cheap for a large capital gain. The 100 for 1 offering was always going to leave all but the largest PXS holders with what might look like a small holding relative to other holdings. I'm planning to hold but if I do sell I probably won't put it back into PXS. If the SIS sp continues to grow it represents a growing proportion of my initial PXS capital, so I see a growing SIS sp as a way of de-risking of PXS.

The guy I spoke to at Nat west said that Corporate Actions were often like this. The wording is about shares allocated 'on or around' 9/8/13. We can't pin this on Moon!!

Thanks for the reply. I was in some years ago but just watching for now. I was tempted a couple of months back in the mid 20's and the next time I looked it had shot up. You'd think the market would pay more attention to a profitable green growth story but the volumes often seem low. I'm not sure where a good entry level is at present. I'm still in tech eng's fuel cell play and hoping for more movement there soon. GL.
