Weslslwy need a lot buys to get where we was. I like to be honest and not ramp a share . But this needs a good kick up the ass to get where it should be.. As for Paul at Wallbrook and his one post knows that's some idiot.. I was in odx and I email them a lot and they was awful..

The rush for plots for June has started . Silly time frame given impossible time to do it but still want them done. Agent who are so young now getting pressure on them is Silly..My days all agents was ex tradesmen in 40s and 50s. Now they in 20s and 30s this is where taylor wimpy going wrong....

Still busy on my site in west midlands but the others have slown right down. I be honest Ben last 2 years I feel working on new builds is getting worse silly rules silly time scale and people at the top not got a clue how to run a new site.

Morning like everyone I'm hoping we start to move north I wouldn't say we had a great run if you look how far we dropped. Need few nice rumours etc and news fingers cross we can head towards 2p .. I do like how positive you are but sometimes a balance view is needed
