Our sites be busy to get plots ready before 31st March. cause of stamp duty.. I believe it's going to be a hard year again. Labour Party could and should do more

Bernrumpson after a crazy month or so all ou sites have come to a standstill...But have a busy month February poor planning by young site agents again...

Wimpy already doing that with new triple glazed windows and solo panels...I be more worried about stamp duty that comes into play 31st March.. This government really is not helping with getting housing market going again.. Selling you house seems impossible at moment ...

Things picking up on our but again agents not got a clue.. They asking for 40 plots before Christmas.. Its took them just over 3 weeks to get a one plot ready after it's been plasterd...

I'm hoping we get some news next month... So slow to be fair

Quick update on our sites west midlands.. Still very slow with 2 now coming standstill with the one I'm on very slow but talking to the bricklayers they are on full stream ahead so hopefully things pick up.. Really need labour to try get interest rates down or something.... I think a big problem will be getting trades in as a lot have left and say never work on new builds again due to awful site agents ...

The sites we look after are coming to standstill with just the one moving...Bit worrying if honest and site agent and people above them are getting worse..Witness a cleaner almost to tears after being bullied by contracts manger..Really is awful on sites at moment

Now they got the numbers in some of the sites coming to a standstill. My site still moving but bricklayers not on site till plots get released...Cant believe no government are talking yet about how poor housing market it at moment.

I've been slowly buying at this silly price.and will continue to do

Busy on 4 of our sites (Midlands) Trying to get numbers in before June 5th...After that can see it slowing down a bit

Folks it's bank holiday weekend give it a rest .

Just been told they want 79 plots this year of a site in West Midlands.. Starting to pick up just need to get better site agents instead of the awful ones we putting up with at the moment

Sunbeam the sites not really increase in plots far from it... In the west midlands a lot of our sites are really slow to say the least...

The site I'm on is coming to a stop with our other sites doing the same.. Whats strange is there are still selling but have stop building... Wonder what's it is like on the other sites ?
