Bit of a up date we on West Midlands Wimpy sites and been told only building to roof level now till plots have been sold..This is from there most active site in last 6 months.. Its going to be tough few months for the trades ...

Just been having a word with site agent.. On couple of sites we working on they are carrying building as they are still selling after Christmas... I ask because we got few sites now saying they not building or will do 2nd phase in the new year... Starting to hit the chain now.

Lol spot on. There social skills are comical at times they never walk the site.. I had to explain about marking up walls for the patcher before painter goes in.. When snagging pinter in last NOT before patcher and chippy .. I could go on

Bighammer been doing new work for 32 years and trying to get out of it.. im sick of young site agents who in 20s early 30s trying to run sites that not got a clue then blame the trade's.. Where are the site agents in 40s 50s who know how to run a site

Jamrock I love your positive post but you was saying same thing last month and month before.. money in bank etc and can't see this going lower yet still s drops. I'm a little a bit worried what Monday brings..Kicking myself for not selling after boots deal.. As soon as I can I'm out of here
