Poor last week in fact poor month.. Need some good news and more good news just to close where we was before boots deal.. Not holding my breath here as lack of communication from Penny and board not helping.

Yes agree Jamrock My average not high at all. Brought sold and brought again.. I know the risk got my hands burn with odx should have sold sooner after all the waiting around and it didn't feel right. I hope I'm wrong here but we never thought we get this low.. Im keeping a eye on house builders so might need some funds for that. We wait and see . Hope this comes good as I like you being positive about this ..

Jamrock furlough cost this silly government loads. I know people who made more money work less because of furlough.Bank of England putting interest rates up must know by now its now working.. Im hoping it gets better before winter hits us

When we had last little spike I was breaking even . We can ramp this as much as you like but fact remains the same board and lack of communication not helping..

Benrumpston still selling on my site and sold all but 2 of the apartments that be ready for November.. Few of our sites have slow down.. Still waiting for the big stop but so far so good
