4 10 finish.. Big sell off when this reaches 4 so they said Going to leave what I have left in now. Lots of positive less you a glass half full person. Have good weekend

I can remember the last recession prices didn't really fall that much if honest.. I do think they need to help more with first time buyers but the house prices will.not come crashing down. There is still money out there and people will carry on buying house.. On a new site in Midlands they are still selling ..

We can look at the positives here but fact remains this still below 2p .

We just started a new site west Midlands..At the moment still busy with 9 plots sold over first weekend of show plots being open. But after Christmas can see it slowing down.. We wait and see
