I don't think anyone expected Canmax to come to the negotiation table with their best offer.

This is their starting point as Prem would have their starting point of wanting everything in their favour..

Both sides will negotiate and the best position of each company will be stated.

Negotiations continue until their is agreement or separation is the best route forward for both parties.

We have a product which is in demand, it's a new mining technology and method so Canmax will absolutely be expected some delays and issues but when everything is on song then the output levels will be fantastic.

This wasn't Canmax best and final offer, otherwise they would have exited by now..

That's what they said before the science day...

Avacta staff will be overflowing with excitement.. even if the market hasnt grasped the value of the "platform".

It's an insurance policy... IF the diamonds are not recovered in time and IF the debt can not be extended.

Both companies issued insurance policies today for very good reasons, to protect their business.

Both companies would not want to issue more shared BUT it shows there is a plan B if required.

Multi positive updated expected from VAST which would certainly cause an increase in the share price, nothing has really changed since yesterday apart from a discounted share purchase price.

Exactly what you need with a purchasing partner, absolutely no harm having an insurance policy. The paperwork already with solicitors to draw up..

With the ability to draw funds quickly it also supports development and purchasing of new projects... I am sure VAST might be having a fire sale shortly..

At some point soon our darling shorting friends will have concerns about stock availability and cost. They have certainly made their money so far...

Even if credit cover was uniquely relevant to ASOS, which it isn't.. it industry wide.

Frasers are now an almost 10% holder of ASOS, they are very likely to be able to improve and make commitments to improve any negative aspects of ASOS.

You don't buy 10% to stand back and watch your investment reduce.
