I can only think a new deal is very close to being completed with Canmax.

Otherwise I was sure we would see the first request for the £1 Million director loan, it would needed to be RNS'd because it would be a director sale and impact GR's holding in PREM.

The fact we have not seen this yet means to me that we have current funds to keep the optimisation going i.e. the cost of the diesel to run the a plant during optimisation and into production.

I honest believe we are almost there... SC6 here we come.

Stark have brought in the best technology with Optimum Sorting and it's clear that this technology works and also reduces OPEX costs, leading to increased profit margin for PREM

I've not seen any comments that Mark said he was going to hear from Stark in the next few days about what is being produced (30:52) given that the PREM interview was yesterday and the correct lab equipment is now available at Zulu, being commissioner yesterday. I am expecting we hear SC grades information from Stark and RNS very soon 🙂

Each of the interviews MUST be reviewed by our NOMAD before release. George is unable to say anything which isn't in the public domain via RNS.

The additional clip that was posted was his "personal" view, therefore the NOMAD was able to agree to it's release.

You need to look at the interview in the context the negotiations are happening with Canmax and we are a Public listed company.

Mark was very clever with the points he hear from Stark but of course George could not confirm.

Mark made a number of very important points for shareholders and I took these as very important updates.

Looking forward to the next Stark video's, seeing the colour of the material going through the UV sorters was a MASSIVE clue about the success of the upgrades.

Mark has been talking directly to Stark... as are a number of others. It seems that Stark are very open with information, as we have seen with emails from their CTO & CEO.

From George's position I would expect he is fairly annoyed with them... such as PH management ( as talked about ). He is simply saying to Stark.. tell me when it's all done and resolved so I can get on with the job and not waste anymore time.

Exactly... Canmax offtake % reduces based upon the % of holding and NOT the number of shares they hold.

IF the placement goes ahead then Canmax have a reduction of their off-take entitlement..

Let's be very clear...

There have been no concerns or doubts that Zulu will produce SC6.

FM was called due to the EDS mill not working effectively with the mixture of materials. The manufacturer did NOT expect these problems, therefore neither Stark or Prem could have expected them.

So to get to 50% of our nameplate capacity Stark are installing and configuring the current upgrades and phase 2 is to have a wet mill.

At this point we will reach 125% of nameplate production

Jag. They provided Prem with $34.6 million, convert that to £ it's around £27 million ( plus interest at 2%)

Very different to 40 million.. I wonder why you are trying to paint such a negative picture 🤔

I am thinking this is all part of the chess game.

Obviously the higher the share price the less dilution we will experience IF at a much later date we need to issues new shares to repay Canmax for their prepayment.

George holds around 1.6 billion reasons why he wouldn't want dilution at a low share price. I am expecting the release of some positive updates shortly such as SC grade and Zulu RUS to really boost the share price.
