I wonder how many times GR will mention institutional Investor... Could certainly be one reason why we are seeing the price rise immediately after the placing. Retail would be selling their placed shares for small percentage profits but II's would be a long term hold for them i.e. those shares have remained with them.

Any line to PREM bagging an institutional Investor and the share price will making a move north 🤞

Hopefully he was watching the last one and decided to repair the damage 🤔

MG: What does Canmax signing a new agreement contract tell you ??

Have you worked out the % of the company issued shares against new placing and then the true impact on Canmax current holding and therefore off take agreement..... It's extremely minimal.

If it was Canmax taking part in the placing then it would say in the RNS today.. Likewise if GR had been allowed to take part.

George has previously said if Stark are able to increase throughout above previous name plate estimations. Then he would pay Stark for the additional value.

He also mentioned they maybe reaching their own cash limitations and what better incentive to Stark to finally deliver and put all their resource into making this successful than offering Stark shares in PREM.

This provides real motivation and is a great move by PREM, roll on the institutional TR-1 and we are at the races again.

We know GR was in Dubai recently and what a surprise Fox-Davies have offices in Dubai.

Zulu achieves 6.5 at the FIRST stage of floating and the market doesn't recognise it.....Hmm..

We've had months of our darling derampers saying it's not commercial grade...well it is and with a magnetic removal the grade increases and with the next stage of floatation it's likely to increase..

We have the product and the technical issues will be resolved.

There needed to be a Utilisation request and then the sale would start. Did they have to RNS the utilisation request... They would have known in July that funds were very low, interesting one..

There is much talk of a massive "dilution" BUT who are out biggest shareholders.... Canmax and GR, so what does a dilution mean for them..

Canmax: It reduces their off-take percentage.. they may take part in the placing but it's NOT an immediate positive for them.

GR: Very sure he doesn't want his holding reduced any more than it has to be... Again he is very likely to take part but if he does it's a massive boost of confidence and the market will see this...

The TR-1 dates of sale and notification to PREM better be the same.

Any delays or differences will be wholly unacceptable.

Although personally I didn't agree with the concept of GR selling his shares, it was always going to cause a price drop... It does mean PREM will have £2 Million in the bank.

The plant has been stopped, therefore we should have very low costs currently and only when the plant is started up again will we have diesel costs again.

Interesting to see how long the £2 Million lasts for after the RHA mill is installed.

If I was slightly suspicious then I might be inclined to believe that GR tipped off buddies the day prior to the RNS and created the selling we say... Then to add salt to the wound produced what I would describe the worst CEO interview I have seen at such a critical time... Maybe..to reduce the share price and enable his buddies to get back in, alot of big buys at 0.40

GR I hope you aren't connected with PREM for much longer and Canmax take a larger ownership and get the BoD sorted out.
