If they had of been converted during our price rise I am sure it would have been taken as a negative, to imply the company needed the funds urgently.

Thus creating a very different 2023 VAST... Payment of debt, breathing space, updated mining report of BP (due in a few days) and a rocketing MCAP.

Maybe Zimbabwe comes with official agreement of partnership mining but I don't want to go immediately into needing more funds to develop Zimbabwe. Lets have a period of getting BP to breakeven and then profit center for the group.

For a government who is active in bring about change, flexibility and attracting foreign investment for its mining sector.

Who thinking's all these positive messages from the government would want to be undone by VAST not receiving their diamonds back ?

When it's done the government will be using this as a massive PR exercise to show the change happening in Zimbabwe

I doubt that the Zimbabwe government would want negative press around VAST not being returned their diamonds.

VAST have been extremely careful about what each RNS has stated about the diamonds from Zimbabwe.

Via our legal advisors and the Zimbabwe government there is a timescale for receiving the diamonds.

This isn't done by AP himself, you have multiple legal and government parties who have physically seen and approved legal documents.

Cornish would never allow such information to go into a RNS unless it had supporting legal approved documents.

Cornish are the key party here, if we didn't have a nominated Advisor we would be suspended from the AIM exchange.

Then month our first production revenue share is being shipped and a small matter of millions of £'s of diamonds could land at anytime.

China economy growing at faster than expected rate and the price of copper is increasing due to supply issues.

Diamonds have currently NO value against existing market cap, so any reduction of debt will have a massive bearing on VAST value.
