This has HALVED since the peak. We have underperformed peers and yet, our market cap is a fraction of theirs. This makes no sense.
We have Extreme E starting in less than a month, which is going to be a game changer for the prospects of the company.
Rates rose yes, but given how low they remain by historical standards this derating is completely overdone.
The market size of the opportunity is simply enormous.
Time to RELOAD.

I see the budget announcement by Sunak yesterday as positive for the name, for its hydrogen opportunity; via H2Green.
First, the announcement of an innovation fund to provide funding for low-carbon technologies and systems.
As well as the announcement of the significant tax benefits from investments made in the Uk.
Stock significantly undervalued - with with upside surprise potential enormous - yet with limited downside since 1) hydrogen opportunity priced at nil; and the legacy business about to take off on re-vival of the oil&gas clients.

Needless to say, the stock is super cheap here.

That’s interesting. Geothermal is actually getting more and more attention and traction from the lithium perspective - through direct lithium extraction: particularly in California, and Germany - just have a look at the share price of Aussie listed Vulcan Energy...

Stock down 28% from peak mid Jan; yet lithium prices (carb) are 40% higher since - and continue to trend up.
Disconnect makes no sense. Great entry point.

4.5x upside potential.

(And kitchen sink on other assets through impairments - meaning only upside left from them).

Positive readings from 2020 results:
1)Co had £4.2m cash at end ‘20: 18% of mcap ~ sufficient for ‘21, I calc
2)Talks ongoing with Solarworld on latter’s 50% (buyout would be significant positive catalyst for ZNWD)

He held quite a bit more than that.
Have a look at 31 Dec 2020 press release, to see how much he held.

He exercised more options than shares sold.
So the net move is an increase in effective ownership.
He owns around 0.7% of the company, pre options.

Wall interview out just now. Brilliant company. Never seen management coming out straight after such move to clarify. Family related - and obviously they want to get paid. 5% of profits to charity.

CEO Wall actually INCREASED his net shareholding in the company.
This is positive.
As to exercise, they deserve to be rewarded for the tremendous share p performance.I see no problem with this at all.

Stock finally ticking up.
It trades at a nonsense 30% discount to EMH.
Expect this gap to close fast.
