It is clear to me that ZNWD is increasingly becoming a takeover candidate.
Merging both deposits makes a lot of sense to me, with plenty of synergies.
To EMH, this would also be highly value accretive even before any synergies - since ZNWD trades at significant 4x discount to EMH.

I have been saying this all along.
There is singing at synergies in having 1 consolidated project/ capex savings therefore and IRR improvement.
It’s something which would as a result be highly accretive to the consolidator.
And would be entirely consistent with EU plans... and creating the largest EU lithium resource.
Again - this is exactly why I own both EMH and Zinnwald. The latter is trading too cheaply given its becoming increasingly and M&A target.
The first, 1) is trading at half the resource multiple Bacanora is being taken over at 2) it has the option to a) double the resource production at Cinovec - study expected later this year and b) be the consolidator of the largest EU lithium resource with Zinnwald in a deal which even before synergies would be 50% value accretive to EMH shareholders; 3) Eventually itself become a takeover target once its consolidated into the largest resource in Europe.
I am keeping both stocks long term. My conviction here is high.
I used to own Vulcan 1 but the complexity and capex requirements, as well as citizens perception of risk to geothermal are significant hurdles.
Infinity Lithium prospect faces massive hurdles.
Leaves two reasonable viable options for Europe.
EMH/znwd & Savannah (this later is small).

I own EMH, ZNWD and SAV.
I think 2x upside this year at both EMH and SAV. EMH needs offtake. Sav needs offtake confirmation and environmental study approval.
ZNWD - I see 4-6x upside assuming they buyout solarworld minority and market finally gets to understand and price m&a speculation.

The more shorted a sector, the better.
Because when even just a slight positive comes up....

I expect a repeat: so Friday next week and boom.
Beaten down green stocks up today on 1) correction in iron ore prices and 2) weaker than expected US retail sales.
AFC underperforming today - looking for green close.
Great entry point.

This webinar is fantastic news and GREAT CATALYST. I have been asking the company to do more in terms of promotion. Management reaching out to the wider audience and describing the investment case should finally kick start the rise.
Delivery has actually been solid since the acquisition of H2Green and the arrival of the new Chairman: board reshuffle, MoU with Element2, promotion starting.

This is a KEY CATALYST for the shares.
Stock totally under the radar, and the hydrogen opportunity via 2 very credible MoUs is truly under appreciated by the market - as evident by the market cap of the company and considering it has c£6m cash in hand.
I believe the stock offers 10x upside from here. BUY ahead of event!

Sadly I did not avoid Infinity I own it - having taking the view that the resource was too big to fail/ and alternatives there not being economic - and the view that the people of Caceres (town in which the resource is) were actually warming up to the mine...
I dismissed the risk that political meddling could overrule a positive change of sentiment amongst citizens towards the project.
Cant touch the shares for a month now since the shares have been suspended since...

This stock is it widely owned/covered/known by institutionals yet.
They shorted the larger caps and MMs here make sure AFC stock trades in tandem.
Retail panic selling here. All this makes no sense given all points I discussed above.

Where did you see that regarding Infinity Lithium it’s about EU funding talks?
My understanding is that the regional government in Spain in which Infinity has the project, has rejected to grant it a key permit.
This is all the more positive for EMH... one less lithium resource in the EU, possibly.
We have the distinct advantage of having the Czech govt as 70% holder of Cez. The importance of which just can’t be understated for our project to indeed materialise.

Market really not giving any credit for deal with Element 2 - which was very significant for company, given Caliber of those who work for Element 2...
Here you are paying between £0-3m for the hydrogen opportunity of Getech - depending on how you value legacy activities - pre pandemic valuations or not.
That’s a BARGAIN.
Hydrogen companies trade at c10x sales.
So backing out: the share price is currently discounting revenues opportunity from hydrogen for Getech of between 0 to £300k per year .
This is spite of an MoU with one of biggest gas networks in UK, and Element 2 deal.
NO BRAINER. 10x upside is very plausible.

It’s being sold as though it’s a hydrogen play or a Spac.
Again, it’s not.
It has a PEA, and it’s trading on a fraction of NPV; and even half that it they announce a doubling of production, which they intend to.
Bacanora deal was underpriced, and yet we are trading at nearly half that.
This sell off has nothing to do with fundamentals. It’s just fear driven.
And fear makes it here a GREAT ENTRY point

It’s trading as though it was valued like bigger hydrogen peers. It’s trading at a fraction of their valuations.
It’s OVERDONE.
