From TDI: T10 £446.60! T5 £442.50! T3 £434.60! So looks like they are anticiapting a bounce on this and want to keep any profit for themselves. Anyone else had this? Rich

Based on the Management Statement I feel that this is now in the oversold territory. SP has now come off 16%+ since then which looks like a bit of an overreaction. It`s a low risk Buy for me at this level as I feel a quick 5% return is very likely with limited downside from here. GLA Rich

Just sold 20% balance of my holding. Had previously sold 80% at around the recent high. Have waited for the push north following the retrace to the 150p level but for me its taking too long to happen. We have taken too long imo to break above recent highs and are now wobbling around the 174p level. Appreciate it could break out either way but i`m happy with my take here and will now wait on the sidelines for an opportunity post RI. BTW Great post Dave, even accepting it was C&P. Bit of advice mate. If you are serious about investing get yourself an internet account with TDI. You will then have all the tools you need at your disposal including live prices, good transaction rates and immediate execution. Buying shares through the like of Halifax is expensive and rarely at market prices. GL Rich

7 August 2012 | 13:44pm Oxford Asset Management is shorting Heritage Oil. Oxford Asset Management disclosed that it held a short position of -0.60% on 6 August. At 1:44pm: (LON:HOIL) share price was +25.55p at 148.55p Basically means they have bet on this considerable amount of shares to fall in price. Glad i`m not invested in them as their fingers must be well burned by now! Bet they wish that they had, had a crystal ball! lol ATB Rich

Like I said `Crystal ball gazing`.However with years of experience! lol Think that some of our friends across the pond may follow on from our early sell off and also as rightly mentioned Dow futures looking even atm. They are however due a little downturn and it would not surprise me for the Dow to fall back next session. I sold 22,500 late yesterday when I noticed the `wobble` and hold 5,500. My average is 123p :) Looking to get back in on a retrace which I think is looking very likely in the next couple of days imo. GLA Rich

HOIL has been hyped by the Spread Betters to achieve 170p + which it surely has. Guys who took long positions will have rushed for the door on this recent retrace to lock in profits so no surprise in the sudden down spike. Still expect an opportunity to get in below 170p though! GL Rich

171.6 / 8p. Notoced the wobble at last nigts close and bailed out 80% of my holding @ 176.8p on the basis that I can always buy back in. Glad I did! Definitely a Buy opportunity coming here but we may see lower price in the next two days imo. GLA Rich
