If UKOG to gets through this period, it will be at the cost of shareholders who will be diluted into oblivion. There is £2m of the loan outstanding which would be an additional billion shares at the current price. The share price is this low for a reason and the argument that’s the share price is really, really low so it must go up from here is not particularly strong.
The share price has done nothing but drop for years. There has been nothing but dilution after dilution. Why, at a period of time when the world is in a major crisis, are things going to get better here?
