You’re the guy who would know actually. Are the components required to manufacture the tests at 240k per day readily available? Or is there a potential shortage? Presumably they have the capital to buy the materialise in bulk in advance.

Just because you have a manufacturing capacity of 10000 per hour doesn’t mean you have access to enough of the raw materials required to operate it 24/7.

It’s likely they meant £1.5m per week as they also specified the annualised revenue of £75m.

Right then, if all goes well, presumably GDR would not convert which means we are looking at a max of 11m additional shares.

I think this is just down to sentiment. People were happy speculate based solely on approvals a month ago but now companies are starting to report sales. We need sales and once we do we will have some actual real figures to start calculating value.

I am not concerned about maturation because as you said it’s quite a way off but if this share really starts to motor then they will almost certainly convert and I just wanted to make sure I was taking that into account.

The GHIF 28.75p tranche can be converted now. The 150p tranche can be converted if the share price is greater than 180p for 20 consecutive days, which presumably it will be if things go as expected.

The BGF 28.75p tranche can be converted now. The other 2.5m shares are presumably coming for sure as placing was fully subscribed.

I will assume that they will convert all the loan to shares if things go well as they would be crazy not to.

Also do we know if the GHIF interest payments are convertible as I can find explicit confirmation either way. The BGF interest payments explicitly are not convertible.

I haven’t been taking the convertible loan notes into account when calculating the potential market cap. If all the loan notes get converted to shares, we get the following (assuming 0.82 exchange rate): -

GHIF can convert $2m at 28.75p which results in 5.7m additional shares.
GHIF can convert $6m at 150p which results in 3.3m additional shares.

BGF can convert £2.5m at 28.75p which results in 8.7m additional shares.
BGF will be issued an additional 2.5m shares as part of the placing to maintain their level of voting rights.

This means that on top of the placing at most there could be an additional 20m shares which would put us at 65m shares issued and based on today’s price, a mcap of £114m.

Is the above correct or have I misinterpreted something?

As always, ‘deramping’ is a relative thing, if you are positive about the share in absolute terms but are less positive than the majority then you are immediately seen as the enemy!

I think we have a great set of products and I think today’s news is a great stepping stone towards some very interesting sales contracts. If you assume shares like NCYT and AVCT are fairly valued then in comparison.our mcap of £80m looks cheap.

I won’t stop calling out people who post unsubstantiated claims, especially when they are ramping, admittedly because it helps temper my own enthusiasm about the share.

I invested here a couple of weeks ago and have no intention of selling or trading.

I suggest you keep your predictions to yourself in the future to keep the embarrassment to a minimum.

Miggy the mcap is around £80m as you should take the placing shares into account. I don’t think it’s too high, I think there’s definitely profit to be made here.

What made you think otherwise?
