As for my "feeling", it was just a hunch. I thought it would be likely for PAT to submit the SOC a few days earlier, but never portrayed that as a fact.

I am fed up with the m0r0ns who are spreading misinformation regarding the deadline or the company. The SOC must be submitted by Friday and PAT cannot postpone the deadline. The only reasons for not submitting it on time are: settlement agreed and signed (unlikely at this stage), Mark's dog eating the only copy of the usb flash drive where he was storing the documents .

No way that they are parking the SOC aside in case of settlement discussions. Either a settlement has been signed by the deadline or you submit the SOC, tertium non datur. Who would ever trust the GoI? Relax. I would worry only if they haven't told anything by monday morning

@deck you don't delay submission only because there are settlement discussions. Either those are completed or you go ahead and submit the SOC. Settlement discussion can take place even after SOC. I would not trust the GoI to that point

SOC may be submitted at any time now, even today. We may get an RNS at 7 AM as the stock market opens next week. Don't miss the chance of buying your last golden tickets!

SVB looks very interesting. I didn't read in detail all the documents but you would think the SP would settle to a higher % of the claim in anticipation of the hearing. We are at about 2% of the amount. Not sure their situation in terms of funding and therefore whether we should expect some dilution.

I may buy some after ZEN makes me rich

Despite the next we are back where we were before yesterday's slide. It's going to take a lot more to wake up the market and convince investors to buy.

At 3p is still massively undervalued. It's also appeared in several forums where people discuss arbitration plays. I expect some of them do their due diligence over the weekend and buy into next week..

I am building a portfolio of a few companies in a similar situation as ZEN. I tend to pick the ones that give me confidence that they have a good chance of winning and with a potential claim that is a multiple of the current market cap.

Apart from ZEN i am heavily into PAT and now EML. Any other ideas?

We really need some help to get the SP move in a different direction

From what I gathered the Tunisian authorities approached their defense in a very amateurish way and that is likely to cost them very dearly. I would not be surprising if they were to try and get to a last minute settlement with the company. However, Mr Cattaneo is not going to accept a derisory offer. If there's an out of court settlement it is still going to be big and a significant multiple of today's market cap. I am not selling any share until the endgame

As long as POG stays above 3k, this company makes easily 2k for each ouce of gold mined. Cash flow is going to be ridiculous and if they manage to extend the life of the mine by a couple of years at least we'll be laughing. Fat dividend on top of that.

I am loving the action from the lows of a couple of months ago. This is gathering momentum and with interest rates being cut this can get its mojo back. In the meantime we keep pocketing fat and reliable dividends

20p pre-SOC is pretty much guaranteed. Then a lot depends on the SOC amount and if this is north of $1bn, PAT will fly
