I had my eyes on KEFI a couple of years ago and I came now back to check progress and the last presentation seems to tell a compelling story. What are the main strengths of the company that would persuade me to buying a stake? thanks in advance

Zenith on the 4th of June could not know the outcome as they are obliged to inform the markets as soon as the verdict is delivered. And they would not be told in the advance by the tribunal which way it is going. Then I think you are right to assume that AC knows that the probability of a favourable outcome is extremely high and therefore filing a request for provisional measures is the right thing to do. It increases the pressure on the Tunisian gov. and perhaps pushed them to accept that they are better off reaching an agreement ahead of the final and largest ruling, expected in 6-9 months from now. Maybe in a settlement they get to pay in multiple instalments, who knows. The market is soon going to smell the coffee

We are still valued around 1% of the likely claim. Once the tribunal is formed and the SOC is submitted we will be much higher than this. It's only a matter of weeks/months. Good place to park some spare cahs

The guy could be a fantasist for what we know. Also, the $800M is pure speculation, albeit a very realistic one. Zenith have made a precise request, now it is down to the tribunal to decide the amount they are entitled to, if they are entitled to compensation.

To be clear, I am very bullish but we need to be very careful with anonymous posters claiming to have insights. As of today the tribunal has not filed their decision and i very much doubt someone in the tunisian government would know the outcome of the second arbitration. They may have an insight on the mood of the authorities and of what their own lawyers think, but it's a different matter.

Interesting to hear from the VSA video that apparently the tribunal is now evaluating bifurcation. In essence, they could be evaluating separately jurisdiction, merit of the claim and damages. If this is the case, the news flow could be more abundant and help the SP go up in stages. Any other thoughts?

I would have expected an RNS to provide this kind of information, to be honest.

In the meantime, it sounds like Mark is going to the US to promote PAT with the high net worth investors community. These are people with deep pockets who understand very well the binary nature of pure arbitration plays. Expect some chunky buys over the next few weeks..

It's never a given for these placings receive such a high level of interest. I take it as good news. Two directors have also taken part and we are now in a more solid financial position ahead of the drilling. Exciting times
