CF has been highlighting SPAC's as a vehicle for a spin off for 10 months or more - Quick cheap route to an IPO - It's only my opinion - we all have them !

My take on the spin off - initially in to a spac (CF is a big fan of spacs) suspend the shares - month or so, start trading on AIM the 12 months later dual list on the NASDAQ

I read they're looking for a US Spac but if you were correct - I would be one happy investor, News should be out before the end June
