An elegant post Earache - time will tell but I'm with you on this one - favour fortunes the brave, follow the money, I'm heavily invested in both - my heavily maybe someone elses pitance - life change (whatever life I have left) a £1 per share in Orph and 10p per share in SPC - is my realistic target for both !

That was no accident ? Opps I 've just over spent £45k, he's many things he's shrewd, a leader, an investor, an Irishman, an entrpeneur and a good guy, unless you go up against him in business - but he doesn't make miscaculations like that ?

Dumble - if he said the spac was being created as a vehicle to monetise an asset - that would be insider trading ? If you have invested in a business with quite a sizable chunk like he has with OO - with the future prospects OO have, why would you invest in a little known shell if you didn't know what was going in it, in addition all his other investments are pre- OO ?

I don't know the facts - I'm just imaginening I'm him ?

I'm reading alot of speculation in here - remember if you're here to follow CF - he's only dipped his toe in MOGP ? I don't see him investing 70% of his portfolio - there is a certian sercurity in Orph, very little here, if one of the 3 major inverstors decide to have a change of heart, or MOGP does't make the criterior in 5 months or so ????

I too am invested at punt level here, so I obvioulsy want this to scream off the startline, howeve for me today it's punt level only , my opinion, DYOR GLA

Following Completion, the Company has been designated as a Cash Shell pursuant to AIM Rule 15. As such, the Company must make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover under Rule 14 of the AIM Rules or be re-admitted to trading on AIM as an investing company under the AIM Rules (which requires the raising of at least £6 million) within six months failing which trading in the Company's shares on AIM will be suspended pursuant to Rule 40 of the AIM Rules. Admission to trading on AIM would be cancelled six months from the date of suspension, should the reason for the suspension not have been rectified.
