RE: Why is the board so sad in mood?30 Jan 2021 11:09
I read resemblances to SOLG here - there are two major differences - on the plus side we’re not in Ecuador and all the politics there on the negative side there is no comparison in the size of the asset - I remember the days SOLG was around the 1- 2p mark - and hit 45p in the good times - here’s hoping in the years to come Rock will achieve comparable growth !
Andinio - I would have said your friend wrote this message based on SOLG pre-Govt contract - the cash in the bank is an asset for growth, the additional sites yet to be anounced are asstes for growth - new contracts in the pipeline are assets for growth, the two assets for sale have alsways been for sale as they are no core asstes - you're friend I'm afraid hasn't reearched enough!
I had yet another top up this morning - and now have only have 4 stocks in my portfolio - Orph carrying the most weight - if our buyer is for sure out a good and steady rise is on th cards
If anyone thinks NM will leave without a fight think again ? this is why the share price hasn't flown - if he is a digruntelled CEO he'll leave and dump ??
Quady - I take your point, however so much has changed in the world since the 1800's - your comparisons unfortunatly isn't a true one - I can't see SOLG passing out shovels to 10,000's of emplyees in 2021 !
ToS1963 - i can answer your question - he's a shorter that miscalculated and is now in the doo doo - rather hide under a rock and lick his wounds like a man, he's a spoilled little boy who is lying on his back kiicking his feet in the air !
I acquired a substantial number of these yesterday following much research - what's not to like here, I agree much news will flow in the weeks and months ahead - a bargain purchase ! DYOR
