Placing and the ii's10 Dec 2020 11:02
I was thinking about this and it seems that the move was purely in the interest of Vast as a company at the expense of retail shareholders therefore no consultation was really done etc, but even at the expense of AP's own shares. Its an indication that the placing is good for the company, but not for our share value.
I personally think, its a top up opportunity if you're near the 0.16/17/18 region because we find that for 1 year it's always hovered at that price, which probably explains all the buys we saw come in. They know it'll rise above this 52 week low.
Secondly, having the finance sealed (even at the cost of our share value) is what will give the ii's confidence, as well as the bank which is what will have the major impact on the SP in the end.
It hurts, it pains and it angers us, but I hope, again some will say it's a dream, that we are on the path of getting those all important investors on board, and are very slowly but surely passing the finish line. You cannot produce copper and sell them (even at the low 6000$ mark initially forecasted) and yet still be a poor share - it can't be economically possible unless outgoings are more than income. So it has to stabilise.
Being hungry right now nd standing outside of a pizza shop, all I can think of is that Vast seems like that fast food place that promises to deliver but is painfully slow in doing so, and on top of that they dilute your slice of pizza in front of you, then their management tells you that you're not so important to him, instead the hungry rich fat blokes outside looking into the w
Shop are.... but in the end, you get your slice and its a bloody good one too - you then feel it was worth the misery and that the greedy ***** delivered it at the end!
Let's hope we see a gradual rise over the first quarter as shipments are made and production is ramped up.
GLA, there is light at the end of this copper tunnel!
