What people don't realise is the MACD indicator is up. We've done something ridiculous like 200%+ in last few days, people bound to take profit.

HOW THAT RELATES TO PREM:

1 - ZULU MINE IS 80km from Bulawayo I.E. INSIDE MATABELELAND!

- So it is INSIDE the priority area as specified in the question.

2 - The Mchakwe River is lined with lithium historically and forms part of the overall lithium deposit.

- It is ALSO in MATABELELAND which is the priority area for EPO'S.

This will be life changing for many, and I really wish those investing all the best, and if it's serious money, ensure the stop losses are placed appropriately and buy on the dips.

@Maskneworm, this is precisely why I draw analogies with EUA here. It is possible with the EPO and a good DFS to reach heights we wouldn't imagine, I dont see why not.

If companies can do this on mere 'possibilities of an event' occurring like EUA then there's a chance here too. No ones bought them out yet!

Ggp is still exploring, hasnt produced anything but some drill results; their gold ones were great at Havering, others were not so much hence its decline recently, but a simple farm-in joint venture with Newcrest catapulted it from like 2p to 30p+

If after a solid DFS, or a JV with a leading motor manufacturer (i listed potential candidates based on their EV vision) or a potential sale of Zulu can do wonders for PREM.

These points are not baseless or waffle its rooted in clear realities based on simple analogical deduction. So its far from a ramp.

I just hope we're all there throughout the good times as some of us were throughout the bad. I mean heck, there's life in my old account now which has been dead for 6-7 years at minus 95%

Jones Richard brilliantly put, this in part answers 'Bully's' question about what calculations I can provide.

Firstly its based on the outcome of EUA, I understand each share is different, but im talking about potentially similar this is because they have a huge resource of palladium, and have some potential buyers lurking. It went to 40p purely on possibilities of a buy out nothing else. Im asking for half of that here for Zulu.

Secondly, I can provide you figures related to zulu if mined but I'd take it from Tedoby's excellent but Conservative analysis, where he mentions at full scale 75p.

We've seen many reach 10p on speculation alone and herd mentality. Here we have potentially the largest mine on the planet for Lithium.

People who enter at 0.20p which is 1/5 of a damn penny... they'll think its the entry of the decade in future.

1p SP prediction after the EPO is an insult to the potential here in my opinion, because the EPO will open up the doors to the DFS which in turn will open up the numerous giant motoring companies interested in Lithium and the EV vision of 2030, which as a result (based on inductive logic with EUA and GGP and others) can make the £1000 entry at 0.20p to 20p become a thousandaire.

100% Jarv... I think those days are behind us now... the bounce from 0.3-6 has finally happened. I've not seen PREM do that and break 0.14 before.

This itself is different - ots like it took 7 years for this moment... patience doesn't describe it. In fact I wrote this off and had it in watchlist and wouldn't even check the RNS's when they did come out.

Then when it climbed again I found myself here.

I read the transcript of the Zimbabwe assembly, it stated EPO'S for Matabeleland and Midlands, to which the Minister in charge of Mining said they're being drafted etc.

Jarv, I see where you're coming from, I suppose its each to their own.

What I did was just have a quick look at the charts historically, and it was November 2018 since its reached this high, so it screams a sell from that perspective.

Here however, in my view is a fundamentals discussion which is the EPO, possible JV, HUGE mine, Lithium in demand, grades are quality with low iron, RHA potentially back into production with cash in hand, and gold prospects looming.
