RE: Prem10 Mar 2021 19:18
I think people selling out will occur throughout the rise and throughout the life of the share. We forget that those who purchase shares are essentially its owners.
They are allowed to do whatever they wish with their financial assets, though we may despise it at times.
If a company floated on AIM is unable to deal with sellers then its not that strong... but were seeing exponential growth here, 4-8k trades a day, many are small ones that serve to balance the books we know, but we see millions bought and sold, and out of 1.7bn shares about a quarter volume traded, thats quite breathtaking IMHO.
When prem reaches a mature stage where its Mcap is deserved of its assets and leadership, we'll be in a solid position where sellers wouldn't affect the SP much, but that's a lot later.
On that basis, the sellers can affect the SP now tying into Ackers point of it possibly dropping post EPO announcement or around 0.5. Its not a concern for LTH's since they'll buy in on the dips, so it's even better! I'm blessed that a 6 figure salary can assist me here.
For them (I'd like to think I'm also included in that category) there's a greater picture than a 1p SP here.
In my view (and I'm certain they'll agree), this will be in the multiples much later on, but the EPO is the 'big bang' to set things in motion.
So whilst sellers scramble for a few thousand or a few hundred in a trade, we'd be thinking in the millions. Its not a dream, but very much possible with a good DFS and a JV for lithium in a few years - think EV vision 2025-2030, it isn't a long time away.
All in my honest opinion of course.
Ok politzer prize winning esay over,
