Company has said alot of interest regarding jv partner, potential jv partner will like to see the cpr and analyse the data before committing, tou have to pitch it to them. Likely hear about jv in q3 which is not far. Remember last placing was oversubscribed.

For the first drill they said they are confident of getting funder in place so they have enough to further the asset. This is the aim mkt of course in future they will need funds afterall this is the reason they join aim to raise cash. At the moment if you take into account asset and the mkt cap its significantly undervalued. Lets wait for the cpr which aim investors love.

Rose Petroleum Rose Petroleum had results yesterday but given the change in nature of the company recently were completely immaterial as the company focuses on its US E&P assets in the Paradox Basin in Utah. A $4m raise was followed by 3D seismic and with new acreage added one can expect a new, updated CPR before long. With a potential farm-out and hopefully a well to be drilled later in the year the metamorphosis is very much underway and it looks like an interesting proposition given the warmth of the US onshore market at the moment. I recently met with CEO Matt Idiens and was impressed by the potential scalability of Rose, he is a man on a mission, or should i say, another mission.

southcbubble Not necessarily, take a look at BPC earlier in the year they came out with a nice cpr, mkt cap moved to 18m, recently they are very close to signing up a partner and sp close to 50m, they have less cash than Rose. Nice CPR which is expected and nice COS for some drilling targets can see this doubling or trebling. You have to remember unrisked resource of 900MMbo means something.

superoty doing research on this company which has unrisked resource of around 900MMbo this was from a cpr done years ago and now another one coming out, mkt cap is only 5m, should be over 15m at present.. IMHO

May 2nd company stated cpr out within 6 weeks, today 6 weeks completed. So anytime now. This reminds me of gdp(they offshore) they were trading under cash cpr was good but cos was low, here we know the cos will be good but awaiting good cpr.

40% of shares are not in public hands, its going nicely. It wont take long to clear £3.5m worth of stock most is probably gone. Cant see all 90m shares being flipped probably half.. Imho
