Last CPR on 2d data in 2014 share price rose 2 fold, this time they have done some 3d work and will provide potential valuations of wells. Woody Why would they raise money via placing now, they will get drillin permit in q3 and they have said jv partner is the preferred route. If this goes back to 2.3p which gives rose a mkt cap of 3m then either the company is a fraud and no license exists or bod are dodgy. I dont think either are the case. First target cpr, second drilling permit, third jv and fourth drilling. All this by end of 2018...

Wonderer I believe they have over $2m in bank, very surprising for days not many post but all of sudden we have some deramping trying to get in cheap. Bpc had less than $1m when they started negotiating for jv partner, now they hav mkt cap near 50m.

Woody I think alot of making a issue about funding and less of the asset. They have an attractive asset they just need funding, this is why companies join mkt. I think the company is really cheap now, what if cpr lands who knows.

Company join aim market to raise cash and sell an investment. Fact is rose is valued less than 5m and the own 75% of a large acreage. Oil companies tend to be valued on future potential, this at present has no value for utah asset. Mkt will realise when cpr issued. Bullish statements have come from the company i am happy.

South You have just admitted you want cheaper entry. Cantor are board to help advise which is the best deal to have. Without the cpr no jv will be signed. I have high hopes once cpr out we will get good jv deal. The cpr is key here and rose mentioning "transformational time" for company. Lets see who is right...

Wonderer Cant the company send the same response to two different investors? Nobody is saying they wont raise funds should JV fail, but the plan is to negotiate JV partner which they are currently doing. The mentioned the company is embarking on "transformational" period, next 6 months will be interesting.

"As the announcement says, they are engaged as financial adviser to assist us with assessing funding options, this will include reviewing farm-in terms and evaluating those. Its not an indication we are going alone, or was not meant to be!"

the new CPR will likely increase the COS of the wells, prior i believe it was 56%, Matthew has said that this is a "transformational" time for Rose, this is some statement and i look forward in seeing the CPR. These statements cannot be put lightly in a RNS, mkt cap 5m is just too low if you consider they own 75% of acreage which is over 80,000 acres in size.

The clues in the rns, "transformational period", its not potential but expected transformational period for company. Lets see what cpr bring and whether cantor can entice some ii's.
