They need to walk the walk and not talk the talk and provide evidence of having actually achieved something of material note - before the share price will improve. Hopefully confirmation of production later on this month at Cap O will help. But when the House Broker can only see a 3-6p target once mine life is extended....... well, it doesn't exactly get the juices flowing, does it?

Commiserations IF you bought in at that level. And good luck. It's all about making some money. PGD today is a completely different proposition to what it was back in 2010.

You here too??!! Update was I guess - at best - reassuring that all is still on track to be producing in Q3. But it hardly told us anything material or "exciting" to get the juices flowing imho.

1.7 million reported late. Shows as a sell. Could have been last transaction of the seller who has been consistently dumping over past couple of weeks and the MMs have now increased the Ask. Or it could just as easily have been a Buy from when the price was at 2.35p to buy earlier in day. News next week perhaps ???

I've followed this since Day One through thick & thick & thin............. at this level it sure does appear a very good entry point. I got a friend to invest 2 weeks ago. Something I avoid doing like the plague usually. But it's still an AIM company and that opens the door to all sorts of questionable activity. Legal but borderline legal and probably unethical activity.

Thanks for that Urbanracer. Not often someone agrees with me!! You'd think logically even a distress seller wouldn't be dumping this consistently at this juncture. Most odd. Unless of course it suits some 'insiders' to have the price held back temporarily.

20p would value the Company at over £250 million. At the moment that's an insane valuation no matter where POG goes.. Still think if they achieve initial production targets at Cap O we can see a hike in sp. Certainly 5p+ Possible it might even go 'BOOM'......... LOL. But if so we will attract a lot of traders and that'll mean it won't be an easy ride.

I think the Company has lost a lot of credibility with the Market. After 15 years never showing any profit. Never delivering on targets set. Spending £150 million to get here. Plus there's been virtually no interest shown in buying of this stock recently (for whatever reason). They need to demonstrate that Cap Oeste is on production and on target. Do that - and the picture changes dramatically. They said it'd start in Q3. We are more than half way though Q3 so news should be any week now.

That's what folks were saying 2 years ago with the 4.5p MASSIVE fundraiser. Opportunity not to be missed. Since when all that money has been spent - and some - and the 4.5p is worth 66% less at 1.5p.

Hope you make some money out of this. More than I can say I have over past 10 years. You'd think you've come in at an attractive entry point at sub 3p. This has traded at 20p in the distant past. A strong selling point for me had always been the ages of the 2 directors. The main driver being at 76 years of age and his co-pilot being a bean counter who bizarrely claims not to know one rock from another. I thought years back they would have wanted to have got this to a point to flog off and retire (like they have done elsewhere, although with their heads bowed leaving via the side exit door). It looks now this is more of a 'play' thing for them to milk and have as a hobby (whilst engaging outside consultants to do the important work). They have kept claiming over past 10 years to have made "significant" finds in just about everything......... gold, silver, lithium, nickel, iron ore, copper, palladium, platinum.......... but nothing material comes of it. However, there is no denying the fact that at this level the prospects of the sp going higher are 7/10. I assume the trade at 2.55p following yours was a sell (although reported as a buy)? Suspect there has been a seller drip feeding for past 10 days on a fairly consistent basis. If so, seems odd timing, don't you think?

If you are investing (and not very short term trading) than I don't have a problem with you being positive and ramping. Personally I prefer to have a more critical analysis approach. A bit perverse as I have held so long here that my share certs have changed colour from white to yellow. I am not sure what 'decision' you await on Lithium? All they said was they were going to review their other Lithium projects in light of the recent sale of the main one. Simply review - no more, no less. But yes Gold results due very soon. Fingers crossed they are exciting. Frankly they need to be. Sorry you have already have a paper loss of 18% on your purchase yesterday. But it's early days. I suspect there is fundraiser being organised in the background as I think working capital must be low by now. Hence this sp is being manipulated downwards on very few trades to ensure the boys benefit from maximum discount possible. Long term holders get shafted yet again with massive dilution. All imho.

is such a MAJOR event I must admit I had expected to see loads of speculative buying ahead of production news. But PGD trading volume has been almost non-existent over past few weeks. Maybe once it starts the flood gates will open?

Since this Co started trading on AIM the price of gold has risen over 300%. At today's Bid price the value that's been lost is 80% over that same period of time.. And yet they walk on water - to some - having done nowt wrong along the way.

When I mentioned time scales I was thinking of the volume of work that has to be done in moving much from Lomada (personnel + machinery etc) and the process required to get Cap Oeste into production. Hopefully it'll be soon but being realistic looks more like September to me. Happy to be wrong. Landore made the most positive of announcements yesterday. Visible gold found in several core samples. Yet share price got hammered ending up down over 10% and was down 20%. Why? Because of sellers. The stock was a classic case of being pumped & dumped.
