Glad to see you're still about. Thought you might have slashed your wrists by now??!! To be honest I'm surprised at the scale of LND's recovery. Had been under 1p not that long ago - now it's just nudging 5p to buy. Mind you, finding the visible surface gold helps!! Was it's biggest critic when on the Nickel hunt but now can see it being a significant acquisition target given its location in Canada and low cost production. Can see 25p being achieved. No ramp intended. As for PGD......... to repeat myself........ can see a bit of interest & a spike when production confirmed......... but it'll be relatively modest and short-lived imho. Still there's always Uruguay to look forward to. Sometime.

If it's 100% owned by the holding company (you part pwn as a shareholder) then it's an asset pure & simple. Irrelevant whether it's held in a subsidiary company or not. That's my take on it anyway. Didn't quite understand your concern about suddenly wanting a "big bill or issue out of leftfield catching me out."

Hence why I have been asking or making critical comments/questions over the years (that rarely get answered). There is a small group of individuals that post on ADVFN that are so far up the director's ***es that you only get to see the soles of their shoes. Maybe you could invite one of them to email you? They only ever post anything constructive when there's good news flow. Only sign when they're winning. Me? I think that's the time to be quiet and let matters take their course. Not ramp away. Slightly perverse reaction of me I grant you!!

To illustrate my point. The published Bid price has moved this morning to 1.75p. It still shows on this site here as 1.80p. Watch it change from 1.8p to 1.75p in the next 5-10 mins.

Cookie - i think you'll find share price information & movement on this site is ALWAYS delayed throughout the whole day's session. The price you saw just after 8 this morning would have been a pre-open price. MMs often move the Bid and/or Ask outside normal trading hours and then revert back.

You should know by now Cookie not to take any notice of prices on this site that relate to a time outside normal Market hours. This site has delayed price reporting (10 or 15 mins delay I think). If you want free & live pricing suggest MoneyAM.

Cantor's sum of the parts (SoP) valuation of the company with varying pricing methods generate valuations of 3p and 6p/share respectively against a current share price for the company of around 1.8p (up 10% on the day). Bridle notes however that if Patagonia can successfully establish production at Cap-Oeste and extend the life of the mine, it reckons valuations of around 6p are achievable in time.

Loads of (smaller) trades around that time yesterday were suspiciously delayed in being reported. Loads of buys to offset the chunky sell. Van Eck will dump their 38 million holding. Already dumped 35 million. Just a matter of when as they have had a change of corporate strategy. Anyone have access to their portfolio??
