All good. Just be careful what you wish for. LND just announced maiden resource figures. Near surface/extremely low cost. Share price should have flown north on this news. Instead it lost 12% as bored private investors headed for the exit door. Typical of poxy AIM stock.

is that REALLY a feasible target price do you think if 1 billion+ shares in circulation? Not so sure. I just plucked that figure out the air as an example. There being a time I honestly thought 30p looked HIGHLY likely. But that being many years back and being a fraction of the shares in circulation.

I can assure you I wasn't having a pop at you. Someone else on another BB. Think you conveniently miss my point entirely regarding 'dilution'. Sure, it's obvious to anyone that dilution is an inevitable consequence of these types of shares. But you always hope it'll end sooner rather than later. The fewer dilutions over the years = the greater the success story. The directors arguably don't lose out as they take their money along the way and this subsidises their ability to participate in fundraising so % original holding rarely decreases and most likely increases. It's the loyal long term holder that gets shafted. There is a belief held by certain professional mining analysts that 7 years is a maximum time frame to make a success of things. I still don't quite follow why the need here to be raising so much working capital at this point in time. By their own admission much of the pre-feasibility work is already done. I'd have thought one significant drilling programme is the only other priority.

After this latest fundraiser it'll be close to 1 billion. Don't ya just luv it when some clown suggests that they don't mind a dilution??? My take = the Directors simply have no option but to invest in any fundraising if they want it to be a success. They pay themselves fairly well from the funds raised over the many years. Some more than others, it's fair to say. The Directors are only interested in the end game. Like BNC. But BNC was from a time that no longer exists. AIM is a different ball game since early 2000 and the dot.com bubble. What happened with BNC is never going to repeat itself. Not in relative terms. LND still strikes me as being a reasonable investment if you are buying in sub 10p. If Nickel price were to rise by say 50% then it would probably be a game changer. 30p sp? Not so sure with nearly a billion shares in circulation (taking account of Options etc). Frankly for several years it seems to have been Plan A = stalling for time until Nickel price improved. Seems like a decade ago they were planning a pre-feasibility study. Although gold is what is flavour of the month, still think Nickel holds the key.

Heard that expression 'do the maths' loads of times over the years with PGD/LND justifying attempts to validate matters. Cash is King, eh??? LOL. £10 million wouldn't seem a lot either if they can double the resource. But that's not the point of course. Why raise £4.5 million just for the sake of it? It seems a lot of money and way in excess of what's needed to cover planned drilling in Q2 and to initiate the pre-feasibility study towards the end of the year. Appreciate funds raised can always be used as working capital (or to increase their generous wages & expenses) however yet another massive dilution just effects/suffers those who have held for a long time (15 -20p range) and can't afford to invest any further to average down.

from yesterday reported late this morning. 1.25 million @ 1.9p Could make a case for it being a buy or a sell. Slightly strange all these fair sized trades having little movement on the sp.

Never easy to be 100% sure. Especially late reported trades can make buys look like sells & vice-versa. Seems to me there's been a seller about but fortunately the sells are getting hoovered up by an even chunkier buyer. And there's been some impressive chunky buys of late. Normally more than enough to have seen the sp soar.

2 trades at 3.11p cancelled each other out. Physical impossibility to have a single cancel trade. One trade has to correct or cancel another trade. The other (3rd) trade stands. It being the only significant negative trade of the day. The Bid got dumped from 3.25p to 3.10p (from memory). So even if a rollover no justification for MMs to drop the bid by so much.

3 (not 2) trades of 600k. All recorded at exact same time. One cancelling out another. Therefore only one actual trade. A sell. Not a rollover.

Cookie Really do wish you'd stop posting that comment. For past 15 years there's ALWAYS been loads of news due in the pipeline. Always been loads of potential here. However the reality is 95% of the time this stock has been a dog of an investment. Always been jam tomorrow. Watch this space. After £150+ million spend they need to start delivering some REAL earnings. And, soon. Otherwise the queue for exit door from retail investors is gonna be a long one.

They certainly have zillions of exploration permits in Chubut over many thousands of square miles & also Santa Cruz & Chile & Uruguay & other. The historic Huemules mine from memory being the one they had planned to bring back into production.

Didn't the Greenies blockade PGD's then main office in protest whilst Miguens was over in London telling the AGM that a possible ban was a storm in a teacup and was unlikely to ever happen? Almost immediately afterwards the ban was in force. Unfortunately it's an area designated being of 'outstanding natural beauty'. I'd be gobsmacked if they got underground mining ban over-turned. But it'd be brilliant news if they did. Near surface might be different altogether.

Certainly be positive for PGD if the Chubut ban could be over-turned.
